Ordered a made-to-order omlette with grits and a biscuit. I also got the praline bacon and a cup of coffee. My husband and son ordered the seafood omlette. The food was delicious! Keep in mind when ordering the praline bacon that you only get 2 slices, and it is very sweet (but delicious). The grits were creamy and seasoned very well. The biscuit was homemade, harder on outside and softer on inside. My omlette was cooked perfectly. The coffee is stronger than what I prefer, but many creamers and sweeteners later, tasted fine. I will definitely be back to try different dishes.

My husband and I had an amazing experience here! Our server Elizabeth was absolutely amazing and attentive, refilling our coffees before I even had to ask! We had the Pontchartrain and the special “Monte Crisco” which were both so delicious; we also treated ourself to the chocolate chip waffle which was probably the best waffle I’d have! I’d 100% recommend coming here for breakfast/brunch!

The establishment was clean & orderly. THE SERVICE WAS OUTSTANDING, KIND & COURTEOUS. THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD, EGGS LIGHT & FLUFFY, SERVED HOT, GREAT PRESENTATION. HOWEVER THE WATER SMELLED & TASTED AWFUL–NOT YOUR TYPICAL EGG SMELL OF FLORIDA COUNTIES OR MISSISSIPPI COUNTIES, THIS SMELLED & TASTED STILL EVEN IF YOU PUT LEMON & SQUEEZED ORANGE SLICES IN IT–IT MADE YOUR STOMACH QUEZY, MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO REQUEST A WATER TEST BY WATER COMPANY, SMELLED SWAMPLIKE–PERHAPS A CRACKED WATERLINE, LOOKING CLEAN BUT ODOROUS SMELL TO THE SENSES. ..PERHAPS SERVE PURIFED BOTTLED WATER…ALL IN ALL A GREAT EXPERIENCE SO DO DROP IN FOR A DELICIOUS EXPERIENCE–MINUS THE WATER OR PERHAPS ASK FOR WATER TO SUPPORT WHAT WE ALL EXPERIENCED, THE AWFUL SMELL, BUT WORSE THE TASTE GOING DOWN….

We enjoyed the brunch at Crazy Pig Southern Kitchen. I ordered their signature benedict, Pontchartrain. This was crab cakes on an English muffin with a slice of tomato and hollandaise. You also got to choose how you wanted your eggs. I ordered my eggs poached. The eggs were perfectly done sitting on top of the crab cakes. They did not drown the dish in hollandaise sauce. The presentation was nice. My only complaint was there wasn’t a lot of crab in the crab cakes and they were rather dense. My husband ordered the Croque Cochon. He thought it was some of the best pulled pork he has eaten in a long time. We both enjoyed our meal and he brought home about 1/2 of his sandwich. Our waitress was super nice and very attentive. We will definitely be going back. I certainly want to try them for lunch.
