Nice variety of food, service was impeccable, and restaurant was fairly clean. Great place for a fun family dinner. My kids enjoyed the robot waiter and cooking their own food. My only concern was that the buffet did not have enough tongs for each individual food compartment. If you have small kids, be cautious of them burning themselves and proper cook times. Definitely will be returning.

Came here from a recommendation, and wasn’t a fan. The idea is pretty cool, and the waitress was really friendly. If you like the taste of boiled meat, you might like it. But overall, it’s about $35 a person, you pick a random broth that you can’t sample, you go to a buffet and pick stuff to cook in the broth. I didnt like the first broth I got, so I asked if I could switch it, and the waitress told me within the first 10 minutes you could, but she seemed a little upset that I wanted to. So the first broth got hot fast, the second one took about 15-20 minutes. Now keep in mind, you are given a 90 minute window for dine in. I, personally, did not like how the food tasted. But it would be a good value if you like it. They do also have unlimited (precooked) appetizers though, and those were good. You tell the waitress what you want, and a little robot brings it to your table. Also, I noticed a lack of tongs. My main concern though was that the raw meat tongs all go in to the same spot, instead of being separated by meat.

If you’re looking for a great hot pot experience, Crazy Hot Pot is definitely worth a visit. As someone who has been there multiple times, I can say with confidence that this place never disappoints. The first thing you’ll notice is the wide variety of items available, all served buffet-style, so you can help yourself to as much as you like. From the meats and seafood to the vegetables and noodles, there’s something for everyone.

Came here with my wife and decided to check out the new place. My wife and I are no amateur of hot pot. I know it can be a little imitating to people who have no idea but it’s worth it. The broth selection was good, I had the spicy broth (medium) and it was perfect amount. They had all the essentials for a hot pot. Compared to Cali, it’s sufficient for the gulf coast. I enjoyed it very much, I’ll be coming back, I recommend this to family and friends

It was a great place to have hotpot in. My friend and I really liked it. The price was very reasonable as well. I highly recommend the spicy butter broth—it’s not spicy at all for me, which means that most people can accept it, bc I eat lots of spicy food. One last thing, Jason was very friendly and explains everything pretty well. I highly recommend this place.

Just an absolutely incredibly fun experience! Booked a party room with our friends and had an absolute blast. The place is so much larger on the inside than we realized, and the temperature inside was perfect to accomodate the heat from the pots. Absolutely LOVED our waitress, she was so attentive and helpful with every question. Can’t wait to come back next month to let my mom experience this too!

I was really happy that an all you can eat hot pot place opened. I have been here about 3 times now. They have sitting both downstairs and upstairs so I haven’t had to wait to get seated.

Delicious do-it-yourself hotpot with a lot of options for vegetarian and vegan dietary preferences as well. Sauce station let’s you customize your hotpot with menu options as well. The price is great and it’s all you can eat. There’s a robot waiter that brings your appetizer as well, very fun!
