I have always passed by their food truck and never stopped. On yesterday I finally stopped and I am impressed. Not only do they have great customer service everything I purchased was great. The crawfish were seasoned to my liking not too spicy or salty..just right. The corn was sweet and not overcooked. The sausage had a little spice but it was good. Crawfish was 4.99per lb that’s the best price I have paid all season. Definitely a new fave

I was headed to Trader Joes to get a salad when the holy spirit took over my wheel and told me to pull in lol. I am so glad I did! As a chef I am very picky. I went to the booth and asked for a sample and they gave me one. Both ladies spoke and were very friendly and kind. I purchased 2 pounds, sat in the car and ate a few and then went back for more. Kind service, very fast, I didn’t have to beg for napkins and the flavor was very good. This may become my new after church spot!

If you are driving through Baton Rouge then be sure to stop here!!! Arguably some of the best crawfish I’ve ever had. Was driving through Louisiana to Florida and found this spot along the way. Family wanted to grab some crawfish since we were in the Mudbug state! Stopped here and got about two pounds of crawfish as a sample and some links, taters, and corn. Such a fun moment. Ate it right there on the back of the uhaul. Very friendly people and very damn good food! Hope to stop there again one day!

My experience at this crawfish restaurant last year was extremely disappointing. The crawfish were not only dirty, but I also found a significant amount of shells mixed in with the meat. This made the meal frustrating and unenjoyable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone searching for high-quality crawfish.
