I have tried to order food from here 3 different times and I pay for it and then I never get it. It says they are open till 8 and an hour before that I still can’t get my order. Their food is very good this is why I have tried to order from them. But after last night, I waited over an hour in a half. I won’t don’t it again. They need to make sure it’s not them and get with DoorDash bc I am sure you are gonna loose more customers.

They have great bagel egg sandwiches. Used to have an amazing bottled beer selection but it’s definitely gone downhill after a change in ownership. Service is pretty fast! Limited fresh coffee options, but they do have some bottled coffees as well. Big fan of this place for the bagels.

One word. WOW! I read about the lobster roll and it was delicious. I couldn’t believe the gigantic chunks of REAL lobster I had to take a picture. The lobster mac and cheese was very flavorful with big lobster chunks in it (just look at the picture below). You have wonderful, friendly folks, great atmosphere plus very fast service and you got yourself a must go to place to eat.

The cashier acted like she couldn’t be bothered to serve us. They had a kid camped out on the couches with blankets & pillows taking up seating. The kid’s shoes was left on the floor & was walking around in socks. I saw one of the staff handling food without gloves which turned us off from the food. The food definitely wasn’t great quality. This place is not run professionally.

i’ve been coming to cravings for years at this point. and it’s really sad to say, but ever since the ownership changed a while back, the quality of just about everything has gone downhill. this goes for the quality of the food, the quality of their operations and supply chain, and the quality of their staff. i came in today and they were out of just about everything, the dude taking my order straight up ignored me at the counter for like 5 mins even though I was the only person in there. then slid my food at me across the table without saying a word. then my sandwich was mid at best. i miss the old cravings so much 🙁
