Wife & I were in last Sunday (8-19-23). Even though I liked how cool it looked inside, I also knew something was off right away. I’ve been smoking/eating BBQ for over 40 years & when I walk into a BBQ joint I expect to smell smoke & there was none of that. My wife asked if there were pickles in the potato salad & the girl with the pink hair looked surprised & said “why no” like she’s never heard of that before. My wife is allergic to pickles & was glad to hear it so she ordered some. Of course, it was loaded with them! She also got a hot dog, which was not that great either (for the price). I ordered the brisket bowl, which had just like 3 strips of fatty meat (so thin you could read a newspaper through them), some weird-tasting cornbread & “baked” beans that were straight from the can. This brisket had absolutely no evidence it EVER saw any smoke. I also got 6 of their “Jumbo” wings-lol. Now these were the only thing that actually tasted good, but they were so small they might have been worth about 25 cents each (not the over $1 each they charge). To top it off, every soda from their fountain was flat & all of our food came at different times. I was halfway through my bowl before the wife got her hot dog. Spent $60 & was very disappointed. This is NOT BBQ.

Definitely will go back. I love this place the food was excellent. I don’t mind paying $5 for a hot dog because of the environment.

I was excited for the place to open but I definitely will not be back. Waited 35 minutes for food. Which can be understandable for a new place but it was not very busy at all. There was several people waiting for their food in front of me. They ended up even not taking anymore orders because how backed up they were for only 5 orders. Each order in front of me there was something missing such as missing tater tot’s or Mac and cheese. The manager or owner was very nice which I appreciate. The biggest issue was the actual food. The price for the food is high for the quality. I could have literally made the same hot dog at home. They also did not include my fries in my order. Was extremely disappointed the menu and pictures made it look fantastic. Usually I can give a place another try but this is was honestly one of the least favorable experiences i have had with food.

Pretty mid all around. Cashier was still learning on her first day in and didn’t know the menu very well and wasn’t in uniform. They were out of numerous ingredients for different dishes and sides, had to remind the staff they forgot 2-3 things that we ordered, some of the food was warm at best.

I wouldn’t mind paying $31 had I tried their BBQ, however that price is what was paid for 2 hot dogs, 2 fries and sodas. And an order of Mozzarella sticks. The fries and sticks were baked and awful. The hot dogs were not horrible except for the $6 price tag on each. The most frustrating thing was seeing our food sit under the heat lamp for at least 10 minutes while waiting on 1 of the 2 orders of fries. Caused the sticks, fries and hot dog Buns to be dried out and hard.

This is a fast food restaurant for BBQ. The baked beans taste like Bushes Beans from a can. The Mac and cheese was dry and cold. Also, I ordered. Pulled Pork Sandwich. They put BBQ sauce on it. Why? You have 5 choices of sauces on the tables. How do you know which sauce the person wants? Every thing tastes microwaved. But the prices say real cooked. Plus you have no smoker that I could see

Welp…I’ve had the pleasure of riding home with my husband complaining about how insulting it is to pay $6 for a regular hot dog that you make at a kids party. The atmosphere was nice, the staff were nice, but the food is overpriced and portions are very small. I had some of the baked beans which taste like canned pork n beans. My husband complained that the chili on his chili dog tastes like it comes from the can. I ordered a meal for my son and we had to turn around head back to the restaurant for his drink. I was disappointed and I expected at least a footlong or 1/4 lbs hot dog. Pineapple upside down cake was very good but again it was $6 and small in size. The chocolate chip cookie was good as well. Hopefully they get things together because I love to see dreams come true, but honest reviews help with growth.

My family and I got the Loaded Tots, Corn Nuggets, the Memphis Dog, Slaw Dog and the Chili Cheese Dog. The Loaded Tots had an OK flavor, but were undercooked and served at room temperature. The corn nuggets were overcooked and flavorless. The Slaw dog had about a teaspoon of slaw on it, the Memphis dogs were served with everything piled on one end of the dog and the dog was pretty much salty mush with a stale bun. All the dogs were pretty much a naked dog with a small (super small) splash of whatever toppings were supposed to be on them. The quality was very poor and came with a high price of $40+. Would not recommend.

Very nice and open concept restaurant. We were greeted by Nate instantly as my family and I entered the restaurant. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about everything. A few little kinks to work out being a new establishment. Overall my family and I enjoyed our experience at Crave, will be back in the near future.
