I came here trying to get a feel for the place… Because my son desired a seafood feast for the big 13. So this was one of my stop’s to try.The seafood hadn’t been left to steam long enough. My godmother stated her seafood was hot and cold. She felt it hadn’t been cooked properly. The 1st time we’d gone.

Our first time trying this restaurant out and it was good. We went for lunch shortly after they opened & there were already quite a few customers inside. I’m not big on eating seafood away from a shoreline, but the boils were good. We ordered the combined snow crab and headless shrimp with corn and potatoes. I tried the Cajun and butter sauces mixed with a medium spice. I thoroughly enjoyed the “crab in a bag”! The spices at the bottom of the bag were great to dip all the seafood in. The one thing I’ll NEVER get here again is the steamed oysters.. they were extremely salty and just not good. The service (our waitress) was pretty good, but not super friendly at the hostess stand.

This was my first time being here and the staff was absolutely fantastic. I ordered two drinks from the bar that was perfectly made. The waitress was very kind and smiled every time she came to the table. When she checked on me (quality of the food) I told her this was my first time and was very impressed with the service, quality and quantity of food. If you haven’t been you are missing out.

We ate at the Orlando location this past week. We did not have to wait for a party of 7. The service, atmosphere, and most importantly the food were all fantastic! Myself, my husband, and my 17 y/o son shared one of the larger low country broil, it was the best we have ever had!! I would highly recommend this place.

Our server Brooke was great hence the 2. This was our 1st time going to the Crafty Crab. We wanted to have a romantic night. My husband got the flounder and I got the snow crab and shrimp. We got a rum runner (super sweet) and a long Island tea. (Top shelf). If you order top shelf its $7.99 plus $12.99 and not worth it. It was horrible. Both my husband and I had diarrhea, nausea, and horrible stinky gas all night long, so much for a romantic night. We shared everything so we are not sure if it was the shrimp, flounder or drinks. My husband thinks it was the Long Island (since it tasted so bad). I think it was the Shrimp. Either way we are not going back.

I ordered the shrimp basket with fries & hush puppies and it was all delicious. The shrimp were a nice size the fries were done how I like and the dipping sauce with the hush puppies was spicy some but great. Definitely think they are worth the trip.

Hubby and I came for dinner. I ordered the fried flounder basket w/sweet potato fries. It was hot and fresh but lacked seasoning. Hubby ordered gumbo and oysters, the gumbo looked canned and was salty. The oysters were delicious Manager took 60% off $5 gumbo. The hostess and our waitress very nice and hospitable.
