We called to place a takeout order, and the employee who answered the phone said they were not currently accepting phone-in orders “because [their] phones had been down a lot [that day]” (yes, she said this over the phone that she had just answered). She said to come order in person, and we would be in and out within five to fifteen minutes because it isn’t busy there on Sundays (the day we called being Sunday). So we drove there, taking all of ten to fifteen minutes to arrive, and they had stopped serving practically everything (including sandwiches) because they do that 30 minutes before closing time. It certainly would have been nice to know this before we drove there. So, we can’t speak to the quality of their food since we didn’t get to taste any of it. We can, however, speak to the quality of service we got that day, and I’d hope the foregoing is all that needs to be said in that regard.

They refuse to transfer the calls from Crafters Brew to the kitchen and the Kitchen at Crafters Brew has stated, “The phone is broken” for the last year + when I have stopped in to inquire. A lot of us work long, hard hours and have nights where we like to call in food and pick it up on our way home. It seems like they are purposely avoiding business. Reminds me of a few money laundering fronts from my time in SC.

Fully loaded nachos are the best! Ask them to add the chicken, and chili with extra cheese! Paulette is amazing! Come check out the kitchen for some yummy food.
