First time at Craft on 9 and we had a great time. Good atmosphere and nicely decorated. The Pork & Egg Croquette appetizer was fantastic as well as the entrées Craft Ramen and the special Chicken Marsala. Service was very good considering there appeared to be just 2 servers working the dining area. The table for two seemed a little small and felt a little crowded but we managed ok. A little bit out of our way, about 30 mintes drive, but we’ll definitely come back.

Some friends and I were recommended Craft on 9 by our Airbnb host in the area (At The Fountain – incredible). Our server Millie was excellent – extremely informed of the menu items and very personable. The drinks were unique and tasty (we had to get 2 rounds). The appetizers and meals were delicious, and were perfectly satisfying after a day on the slopes. If you happen to stumble across this gem, you must enter and indulge.

Great family atmosphere. The wings and ramen are amazing and you can taste the quality of the ingredients and care put into each dish. 10/10 highly recommend.

Nice place with a rustic kind of look. Food was very good and the service was slow. I’m not sure if they are having problems hiring people. If they get the kitchen staff up to par I would have rated it 5 stars. I ordered a chicken Parm sandwich and it was one of the best I ever had…and i eat a lot of chicken Parm. The girl I went with ordered some chicken n pasta dinner that she said it was really good. The menu doesn’t have much for choices, but everything i seen come out of the kitchen looked delicious. I would recommend you stop and try for yourself, but be prepared to wait a bit to get your meal.

The food was phenomenal! Highly recommend the salmon & the gemelli pasta, but all the dishes were great and so nicely plated. We loved all that we got and would eat there again.

Great food, but even better service. Sara was very polite and made sure I had everything I could ask for. Will be going back!! Update, you can’t ask for a better place to eat in glens falls. Our server sata was just the best . She recommended a whiskey burger and I was not disappointed!! The service is definitely top notch along with the food.

Excellent Ramen entree option on the dinner menu. A beautiful complex mixture of flavors. IPA options on tap were also very good.

The food is delicious. But be prepared to wait forever for your food and or drink. Our food took over an hour and the waitress never even came back to see if my husband wanted another beer or if I needed more water. After we finally got our meals my husband asked for another beer and she didn’t come back until he almost finished his meal. Very disappointing

Hmm, where to start. We walked in with a reservation and we’re greeted by the hostess, so far so good. We were led to the rear dining area and offered a table in a tiny little corner of the front-left of the room. I’m 6’4″ and there is no way I’m fitting in that tiny alcove. No thanks. We then get moved to the table immediately on the right of the dining area. Ok table, but the AC venting above our heads dripped condensate on my wife. We grabbed a chair from a different table and moved her to the side of our table to keep her from getting rained on during the meal. We are now 0-2. It took 35 minutes to get a small house salad and wings. The salad didn’t have red onions or charred tomatoes as described. The wings weren’t in hot sauce as ordered and the blue cheese was green, leading me to believe it wasn’t blue cheese, but rather their salad dressing. 0-4. My wife ordered the fish fry. The oil must have been too hot so the outside was super dark and the meaty middle was wet and mushy. It did not get eaten after the first couple bites. 0-5. The fries (frites on the menu) were mushy and wholly unappealing. 0-6. I ordered the Vietnamese Steak Sandwich, which also missed the mark. It should have had thinly sliced tenderloin medallions that were grilled, per the menu, but this was likely a few ounce filet that was grilled then chopped in unappealingly large chunks that I could not bite through. I believe it was also supposed to include shredded carrots, but they were absent (that may not be 100% accurate, but I believe it is). Maybe this was their ‘spin’ on a classic, but it missed. 0-7, sad day. Oh, I went there intending to order their ramen offering, but the server told us it was not available as the broth had ‘gone bad’. Yikes! 0-8, total disaster.

I was disappointed with this visit. Despite not being very busy we we’re attended to far slower than tables around us (2 tables came and had drinks and asked to order before we even got drinks? Friends of the waitress perhaps? Fries were overcooked and skimpy.. garlic aioli is not aioli very few fries. Burnt. Salad was the best part of my meal and was meh. Fresh but overloaded with dressing. Did not eat the majority of it. Chicken parm sub was pretty good but not that big for $19 (maybe like 7-9 bux at a pizza shop quality). Overall this place is clearly gone fully into the “we serve good beer” wave so their “pub food only” is now sub par. Shame the move seems to have killed this place
