I ordered the sirloin steak with mashed potatoes and green beans. The steak was delicious but the beans were stale and mushy, like someone stepped on it before going on my plate. The potatoes were cold and dry. Literally my potatoes had a crust all around – sign they stood for a long time on the plate. The broccoli – way overcooked. Disappointed.

I have been to a lot of Cracker Barrels in my life, all over the country. I have to say that the experience tonight was the worst. The food was barely warm. My mashed potatoes had a crusty texture to them, clearly old. I ordered the roast beef and the serving was very small. My husband’s dumplings were sticky and not fluffy. The salad was served after the dinner. I don’t think the server had a clue what we ordered as we had to ask for our cornbread a couple of time. And, he kept bringing cole slaw that no one ordered. The server was mostly absent during the meal. My husband went and talked to the district manager who happened to be there when we were. The district manager did nothing to correct the issues… did not come over to our table. I can definitely say that we will never return to this location… when the district manager does nothing to correct the problem, then, the problem is the management.

I had not been to a Cracker Barrel in years and I was a bit reluctant because it was Sunday late morning so I didn’t know what to expect. However, not only was I seated immediately, I had the nicest, sweetest and most helpful waitress ever, Michelle. The food came out so quick, it was amazing and I couldn’t believe how the prices seemed like they had not went up in years! I’ll go out of my way to eat here again!

Great service and great food. I enhanced my pancakes, they were better than any I’ve ever tasted. My son had the shrimp and made sure he told the staff how good it was. He’s only 9, but he’s a foodie with excellent taste.

Had a first day, on the job, server. Everything went smooth. First time eating at this location. Everyone was very friendly. Would definitely eat here again. Give me a thumbs up if this has been a help to you.

I have decided to try not to eat here again. The meatloaf and the green beans and the mashed potatoes were awful. The food was cool when it came. The server was way too busy. The meatloaf was inedible and had no taste, was not cooked and the meat was gristle. They brought me another that tasted exactly the same but was hot. I could not eat it. I was not asked how it was by the manager. I should have not had to pay for this meal. Go to Prescott junction. It is way better. I have decided cracker barrel has terrible recipes and that is why their food is so bad. I have never had meatloaf like this. Ever. Their biscuits were good to be fair.

Always amazing! The fried chicken was a little dry today but don’t let that drive you away! Cracker barrel is always delicious and never leaves you disappointed! The broccoli was steamed to perfection and the baked potatoes were on point! I would definitely return and recommend to everyone looking for a delicious meal.

My wife and I decided to try Cracker Barrel today for the first time ever. Not just this location, we’ve never dined at any Cracker Barrel anywhere, ever. I hate to say it was a major disappointment. My wife had the Friday fish special, she liked it very much. Mine on the other hand was not good, I ordered the fried chicken strips with two sides. The sides were good, my peach tea was great, but every one of the chicken strips were luke warm, by the time our server came back to check on us after first dropping off the food, they were cold and inedible. I did not finish my meal. I told her about it, and she did ask if I wanted them re-done. To me there is no point in that, by the time a new order would come out, my wife would be done eating, then she’d be watching me eat, too awkward. So all she said was…she’d let the kitchen know about it. When she brought the check out, it wasn’t at all what we had ordered, it had two lesser priced meals on it and no drinks. I had assumed that she did that to make up for me not being able to finish my meal. So we went to the register, and when they scanned the ticket, it came up with our original order, they called the server to the front counter and she confirmed to the counter clerk to charge us for the original order. So needless to say, we were very disappointed. as this was our first time at a Cracker Barrel, I was going to walk through the store and pick up some goodies for our daughters, I was too upset at that point and we left…never to return.
