Very disappointed in service. Dined today at lunch, our order was taken shortly after being seated and we received our drinks in a timely manner. Then we waited for our bread and meal, over 30 minutes while seeing all tables around us had been served. Finally someone stopped at our table and informed us that our order had been lost and we had to reorder, which we did and asked if we could get bread while we waited, we were also told that the manager would be adjusting our ticket – we hadn’t asked but said thank you. About 10 minutes later we got bread then had to wait another 20 minutes before our food arrived. We just ordered basic dishes, meatloaf, chicken and dumplings and chicken tenders, so nothing special – for us to have to wait 2 times for over 30 minutes was one thing but getting ignored was really what was upsetting. When our bill came, nothing was compted – I was taking my parents out to one of their favorite restaurants so they were really hurt by the disappointing service. I did ask about the bill, because we were told earlier that it would be adjusted without us requesting this. Our server said she would have to ask the manager and came back with an offer for free dessert.

We’ve been to many Cracker Barrels before. They all look the same on the inside but the difference is how nice the staff was at this location. Our waitress was Vanessa and she was very attentive, always had a smile and made us laugh. We thank you for having great people on your staff. Thank you… This location was extremely busy but that’s ok because that’s what we expected on a Saturday morning. Food was good as always.

It was okay for the price. The eggs were cold, I twice had to tell the server that my meal was missing one of the main components, and the hash brown casserole was downright awful. However, the server was friendly and fast, and the fried chicken was peppery, crisp, hot, and just delicious. I’ll probably go back again but won’t get those hash browns next time. Bonus is they have two 50kW EVgo charging stations in the parking lot.

Tasted just like homemade and our service picking it up couldn’t have been better . Kristen at the back door was personable & helpful and got us on our way in no time . Teresa in the gift shop area was very nice too . We can always count on Cracker Barrel for a great meal & gifts .

The food was good. However, we had a large party and they seemed to have a hard time with getting our orders correct. We also had to wait quite a while to pay. Everyone’s tickets were messed up and some of them wouldn’t even scan at the register. Our waitress was new and it was only her third day working alone, so I will give them that. She was trying really hard. Just needs more practice.
