I ordered the grilled catfish with loaded baked potato, corn and broccoli. I asked for utensils. I ordered my baked potato plain, it came with tons of bacon and cheese. The corn was inedible. Over cooked, hard. I didn’t get eating utensils. I received about 4 pieces of broccoli, the catfish…well it was edible but for “grilled “ it was soggy and wet. I had to wait for my order so the waitresses could get tip money and chat about what happened prior in the day. I wouldn’t recommend this Cracker Barrel at all!!!

Always enjoy our visits here. Staff is hit & miss but the food is always so good!! Enjoy their selection of breakfast & lunch. Its such a selection of goodness, its always hard to decide what to order. I love their strawberry lemmonade! Its the best from here. Prices are fair. We can afford to take our adult kids & their spouses here. We all enjoy browsing the unique selection on items in the store. It’s pricey but I always end up with something I love.

Great restaurant. We did online checkin before we left the house. We were seated in about 2 min after we got there. The service was great. Orders came out accurate and hot. There is nothing bad about the service or food. The taste was fresh. Everyone appeared to be enjoying their meals as well. I highly recommend this spot.

Atmosphere is always wonderful. The service was adequate, but nothing to brag about. I did not eat more than 1 bite of my biscuits and gravy. I could have, as it wasn’t terrible. It wasn’t terrible because it wasn’t anything. No flavor. No sausage in the gravy and what appears to be no seasoning either. Nothing like I remembered having in previous visits.

If I could give zero stars I would. I went there with my family for my daughters birthday about a week ago. We waited an hour to sit down, we did that with no problem because they were busy. However, when we sat down the waitress came over with the menu and they were out of a lot but we picked from what they did have. We waited an hour and a half, nobody came over to check on us. After that hour and a half, we were told they were out of almost everything we ordered and that we would have to reorder (they hadn’t even made our food yet). No manager came over. Everyone before us had left the restaurant an hour ago. 2 hours and 40 min we left without food. Talked with the manager who had the audacity to make us pay for our drinks. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Get new management. The lady who was in charge did NOTHING TO HELP. She stood there as her restaurant went downhill. You pay her too much for the little work she does. Won’t go back and I’m advising everyone I know not to step foot in there. Ridiculous. Thanks for ruining my daughters birthday

Delicious pot pie. We ate about 3:30 so it wasn’t crowded. Staff was friendly. Our waitress was friendly but slow and never checked on us. The order wasn’t correct and she didn’t either notice or care.

Waiter was the nicest. Food portions were small compared to other CrackerBarrels. Dumplings we got were salty. Food was not hot. Mashed potatoes was solid and jiggly that you could pick it up with a fork. My dad got roast beef manhattan and it made him have diarrhea & started puking when he went home. Our service was better than the food. Love the people there who served us but never coming back again til food gets better since it made my dad sick.

I ordered the Chicken and dumplings platter for dinner meal when me and my girlfriend visited. The food was good but they forgot the chicken to go along with my dumplings. I won’t hold it against them because they seemed to be short staffed. Server was very respectful and nice.
