There’s something comforting and no-brainer-like about the fact that Cracker Barrel has mastered nearly every breakfast item it touches. Yes, I prefer locally owned but you can’t deny the food, portions, taste and quality. I had the chicken and French toast – it was a boneless breast, breaded and fried to perfection. Immaculate. The biscuits and Gravy have a marvelous smoky flavor I find seldom anywhere. Great place. My only critique is that it was a little cold inside.

This was our second time coming here, the first time our server was very nice. This time the service was horrible. Our waitress did apologize at the end for being such a horrible server but that didn’t make up for it at all. The food was okay, definitely nothing special. Maybe if the service wasn’t so bad I would’ve enjoyed my food. It took forever, it was FREEZING inside. I’m not sure if we were sat right under where the air was coming out or what but I was so cold the entire time. The manager kept poking his head out of the kitchen but didn’t see him walk up to any tables to check on people. We got a sweet tea and it was the worst tea I’ve ever had. Our waitress didn’t ask us once how everything was, I didn’t get syrup for my pancakes until there was one bite left, my eggs were made wrong so they had to remake them. Everything took forever and nothing was worth the wait. Just so disappointed.

Service and food quality at this location has gone way downhill. It used to be a great place to eat, but I was very, very disappointed with this evening’s dining experience. We waited a very long time for food only to be served this garbage.Server didn’t even bring out salads until a min before this unappetizing meal. Arent these supposed to be brought out beforehand so you can enjoy your salad and not let your hot food sit there and get cold? Cracker Barrel is too expensive to not be served good quality food. Please change your fryer oil because this is nasty.

We recently traveled to this location for my son’s Birthday dinner. Our wait was a little long, but we weren’t complaining as we were looking forward to a nice meal. Our service was excellent, and I wish I’d have remembered her name because that was the only positive about our entire visit. The food took exceptionally long to prepare. When we got our food we were very disappointed. The burger absolutely had no flavor. The grilled cheese was a greasy mess on the outside, yet the cheese was not even melted. The pancakes were also surprisingly greasy and gross. Sad to say we will not be visiting this location again. Wasted gas money. Yes we did tip our server well and pay for our full meal.

My daughter and I stopped here on the way home. After we ordered, we started to realize the abundance of flies. We ended up moving away from the windows hoping to have a peaceful meal. The final straw was I reached for my bread in its basket and noticed a small bug crawling on it. I don’t know what it was but we got up on the spot and will never go there again. I may never even go to any CB after this experience.

All Cracker Barrel Restaurants are pretty consistent. We recommend the Chicken Fried Steak and the Grilled Lemon Pepper Rainbow Trout; or breakfast for dinner. The service is friendly, polite and prompt. The restaurant is clean. They have a very cute gift shop and we also bought a cute stuffed doggie.
