Cracker Barrel is so nostalgic brings me back in time whenever we go there to eat. They also sell clothing & trinkets old and new.

The staff is wonderful. Even when it’s busy we never wait long. The hostess told us we were a beautiful couple and made my whole day. Our waitress was kind, attentive and quick. I will literally go back to this cracker barrel time and time again just because the staff is so much better than the one in spring Hill.

Good food! But the waitress absolutely sucked I guess she doesn’t believe in drink refills and forgot everything! Seemed annoyed too have to do her job and I’m the easiest to please so that’s saying something

Food was decent. Cutlery always seems to be dirty. I received one set of cutlery that had fingerprints and food on it. I requested another for it to also arrive with finger prints all over it. It made me seriously question the plates my food came on.

We were seated about 25 minutes, but never had a wait staff come and it wasn’t busy. It was before the dinner rush. We ended up leaving. They are usually pretty good at this Cracker Barrel.

The staff was extremely professional. The food was unbelievable! The customers were so polite! This was an incredible dining experience traveling from Michigan to Florida! I was astonished at the quality of this visit!

Usually have a good experience with Cracker Barrel. Not this time. Sat there over twenty minutes and never got waited on. We were seated quickly but was not even approached for a drink order for over twenty minutes. Decided to go elsewhere.

Food was good and reasonably price. Our server, Stephanie G. was great. Very friendly and attentive.

The food and cooks are amazing, as are the prep Lady, the last 2 new hostesses, the dishwashers, a few in retail, and several servers. Amazing and loved forever! Always too hot inside every time, air conditioning never works. Instead of REAL music and singing like Waylon, Patsy, Loretta, the real GOATS of country, that would make the visit better, the intercom is ALWAYS blaring the same repetitive loop of screaming or depression twang that ruins the atmosphere and would be better heard in a bar. Good employees definitely don’t get paid enough to work as hard as they do (for a facility that makes so much income), and not enough to stay long and to stay pleasant, too. They are definitely not recognized, appreciated, or rewarded, and with all the drama and politics by unapproachable micromanagement and their clique ( the bad staff that they keep and coddle), it’s no surprise why they’re always looking for new targets to hire and why they don’t stay long. Needs an overhaul!
