The customers who sat down 20 minutes after us got their food before us. Our food finally came out barely room temperature. Finally was able to get silverware after waiting 10 minutes with our plates in front of us. Finally started to eat and found an eggshell in my greenbeans. What a waste of time and money. Ill never come back here. The chicken was so obviously cooked hours before they served it. Disgusting. Mac n cheese cold as can be. They could definitely use new management as she wasn’t to surprised about the eggshell.

Ordered the fried chicken with a loaded baked potato and broccoli with cheese. My sides came first, my baked potato was hard and cold and my broccoli had no cheese. The server came up to me and said that they were out of the fried chicken. They have a big menu so it took me awhile to make that decision. They suggested the chicken fried chicken, so I got that. It tasted like it had been sitting there for awhile. Plus they brought it out real fast, so I think it had been sitting there unclaimed. The service and waitstaff were nice though.

Terrible experience. Went on a Sunday at 6pm. Placed the order online for pick up. Said it would be ready in 25 min. Arrived 10 min early and called, per the to go sign, to tell them we were there. She said they would bring it out I’m 10 min but 20 min later our food was still not out to us. I tracked it online which said it was done and if we had not received it to call. I went inside. They were not all that busy. After explaining situation to gentleman at the counter he simply shrugged his shoulders and said he didn’t know anything about it. After asking him and 2 others, finally a young lady offered to check on my food. 45 min later we left with food just to get home and realize the order was not correct.

Dined there with my sister and brothers in law. Forgot to order peach cobbler and coffee to take back to hote room so, l drove back here and ordered to go and a order of cobbler and coffee. Cobbler must have been taken out if refrigerator and put in go box, was ice cold. Good taste but would have been better warmed. Took approximately 25 to 30 minutes to complete order and no they were not busy.

I was sat down relatively quickly but I had to wait 40 mins for my food. When it finally came out it was overcooked and cold. I had to ask for a fork and knife. The lemonade wasn’t good either. The only ítem that was good was the broccoli.

If I could give a 0 star rating for my experience I would. The only thing that warrants any star was our server. I had the most ridiculous experience! The manager, HOLIDAY, was obnoxious from the moment we arrived.
