I understand if you’re a new employee. However, in any job paying attention to detail or instructions is important. My order was explained several times yet still our server returned with manager as if she’s confused! I explained again and I felt server should’ve made sure we were on same page. Then we received the wrong receipt and after waiting 15 mins for manager to correct before finally leaving.

Food was way less than stellar. It’s always hit or miss. Got one of the new most expensive meals on menu. It had beef tips, fried shrimp, and grilled chicken tenders. The beef tips were all clumped together, literally stuck together and pressed down flat on grill. Probably flipped once and seemed as if it sat on grill with a press on it and put on plate. The chicken tenders were flat and dry. I love their grilled tenders and are normally nice and flavorful and juicy. Not that day for sure. The shrimp were good. The server was very aloof and seemed like she didn’t want to be bothered. I was going to just accept my losses and pay and leave, but the lady at the register asked, I told her and she cared enough to notify the manager on duty. He listened, took my meal off and apologized and assured me he would make sure that the cook would get more guidance and have a better understanding of what is expected. I appreciate the efforts. Could have been a new cook just learning. We will return with hopes of updating my review.

The food was good and reasonably priced. It is a good place to bring the family. I spilled a glass of water and the waitresses quickly responded and cleaned it up. They also dried photos for us that we had on the table.

RV friendly. The food appeared quickly but I didn’t see my waitress again until it was time to pay the bill. I really wanted a spoon and a tea refill. Check finally appeared and my Refill came in the form of a togo cup.

I ordered the eggs Benedict and it had practically all raw , uncooked bacon. I ask for bacon that was cooked crispy and got another order of uncooked bacon. I left the bacon for you to put in the garbage. What a shame that your cooks don’t seem to recognize cooked from raw meat. Won’t be back! This is our 3rd unsatisfactory meal and we’re tired of hearing, “Oh, I’m sorry, I’ll tell the cook about your comment”. Too bad this generation can’t understand that this nonsense is costing you a lot of money. When Cracker Barrel started, one could always have food cooked correctly, but guess quality doesn’t matter to anymore.

By far the best cracker barrel location we have been to in awhile! Service was great, food was hot and delicious. It was my first time trying their breakfast and my husband tried the fried pork chop special, both were 5 star worthy. We love that they serve alcohol now! Great experience, we will be back!

I’ve passed it a thousand times and never went in. Was given a gift card for them, so went with a friend for lunch. Waitress was beyond amazing and super honest (gotta love and appreciate that alone).
