5 stars all around! I came here tonight for dinner. I had the broccoli and cheddar cheese chicken dinner with the mashed potatoes and fried apples. It was amazing and my server Carl was excellent! The food did have a delay (not negatively affecting my review) due to short staff, however I was continually checked on and had a good supply of bread on the table. It was definitely worth the wait and I’m so proud of Carl and the entire team here at Cracker Barrel. I also liked how clean everything was and the cool decor throughout the restaurant. Thanks! See y’all next time.

Go for breakfast and don’t get fed until lunch! I understand staffing is still an issue with some places, and we took that into account. This is just inefficient, and no one even tries to communicate about it. It’s like the elephant in the room – no one wants to mention it.

Coming from a restaurant industry for like 9 years now and we are actually up here on a culinary manager promotion.. I was highly upset I ordered pick up because who doesn’t love crackerbarrel! However my meat loaf was full of what looks like a butter wrapper clearly one they use.. I couldn’t finish my food 50$ later.. my kids chicken tenders was like hard rocks

Normally I love going to Cracker Barrel, so I was kind of disappointed today. They must have been affected by recent supply access because, at 11:20 am on a Tuesday, they were out of pancakes, French toast and hash browns! It took a long time for our waitress to come to take our orders and even longer to bring our food. The restaurant was not really busy, so I’m not sure if it was her being slow or the kitchen. Either way, it wasn’t good. Our food was okay, though the loaded baked potatoes were sans butter. I wouldn’t recommend the vegetable soup. The broth was thin and tasteless and the veggies undercooked. The salad was good and a breakfast dish was tasty. I’m going to assume it was just an off day and try them again. Both food and service are usually very good.

Last couple of visits have been rather disappointing. Food service is extremely slow, they seem to always be out of something. Last week the restaurant only had a few tables seated and it took 45 minutes to get the fish fry and chicken pot pie. It took another 10 minutes after our food was brought to get mash potatoes- they had to cook them? Not sure. The store is always great and we enjoy it very much, really hoping these issues can be rectified as we love Cracker Barrel

Clean , excellent atmosphere for looking around inside. Lots of old tools and signs on walls. Fire place. Fried Catfish very tasty. 1 complaint would be frozen butter hard to spread on rolls. Prices acceptable. Service very good. They give you rolls and cornbread with dinner. Rolls are very good! The store has all kinds of things you can’t find elsewhere, definitely worth a look.

At 11:30, we were told it would be about a thirty minute wait to get seated for lunch. They had tons of tables open but maybe didn’t have enough staff yet to serve everybody? Around 12, the hostess came up to me and told me the phone number they put in to save my place was invalid. I asked if this meant I had to wait another 30 minutes. A manager came up and became aware of the situation and told me he was fixing us a table. We waited about 15 minutes before I had to remind them about the table they were making ready for us. We finally get seated, only to realize the A/C is out. I feel if you’re going to have people paying to eat at your store you should let them know the AC is out. By the time our food came, we got it in a to go box because it was too hot in the restaurant to enjoy our food. I think this is the last time I go to Cracker Barrel.

Always good food and great service. I can’t help but buy a bag of obscure candy when I stop at a Cracker Barrel.
