Waited 30 minutes for a table another 30 minutes for cold food that was flavorless. Grits were runny gravy was bland and I tried to enjoy i just couldn’t. Staff was great maybe I just came in on a bad day. A portion of the bill was comped. The peach mimosa was amazing!!!

Service was good here and food came fast. Started with the fried Pickles which were delicious with the ranch! I had the beans and greens with a few slices of onion. Sqeezed a little lemon juice on my greens and dashed a little pepper juice and enjoyed. The rainbow trout was delicious! Cooked nicely. The peach cobbler and ice cream was a great finish! Breakfast is always great here too !

The Braselton store made my evening end on a happy note. I goofed, called the wrong store located in Braselton, 40 minutes away from the store I meant to call which is only about 10 minutes from my home. The other store sent me away packing with the cold comfort of informing me how my mistake is not at all uncommon. Lots of customers get mixed up she said. I returned to my car and made my way towards Braselton hoping they would at least warm up my order to eat in the car. It was a curbside order. After I asked if someone could warm up my food in the microwave to eat in the car. The host, cashier and manager came out and proceeded to go above and beyond. They apologized that my experience was not the best that night. They told me the other store should have never sent me away, but rather offer to remake my order on the spot. The manager said “I cannot send you away with old, cold food. I will remake it myself”. I was really caught off guard by the response. In todays world good customer service is rare and only comes at a premium. I was nearly brought to tears. The kind hostess offered to serve me if I want to dine in. I am just not accustomed to this kind of care from business establishments. Now I am a fan of Braselton Cracker Barrel, management and staff, and I am so happy it’s near my church and other places I visit often. This location will remain my go-to for good food and outstanding service.

It took the waitress 45 minutes to bring us water. Then I had to ask for bread. Which she went and got. But there was three of us and she only brought bread for two. We had to ask for utensils and straws. When we finally hot our food. We had been there for a whole hour and fifteen min. My husband was given a child size portion and we had to up grade that. There were no children in our party. People who came in after us were seatted and serve. Eaten and left before we even got service. After we finished eating, the waitress came to give us our bill. Finally noticed that our glass were empty. Told us that she was sorry for the long wait. She told us they were training new cooks. I used to frequent I Hop at least 4 times a month. Service is so bad that we started going less and less. I think this last time was just that. Your waitresses are rude cooks don’t cook the food like it used to be cooked. And the dishes aren’t even properly cleaned. I had to ask for two clean plates for our biscuits. I Hop is not like it used to be.

Service and Meal Was Purely Wonderful!! I Had The Country Fried Steak With Hash Brown Casserole And Fried Apples. Was So Hot And Definitely Appetizing!! My Beau Had The Same With Chicken Instead And He Loved It!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE ROCKED!! Our Server Erin Was A Gem And She Was Very On Point With Everything With It Being Extremely Busy Today!! Was Passing Through And Glad We Stopped!! Thanks For The Comforting Experience!!!
