Visited last night and majority of the front staff acted Like they either didn’t know what to do or didn’t care and the bathrooms had a smell and every trash can was almost over flow. We waited for about 15 minutes and there was a lot of table but not many clean and our table when we’re able to get it the baby seat was messy and the table had a cup ring still and a little syrup container from the other people. The food was good but my fish was dry. Our party ate in shifts because it wasn’t done around the same time and we went there about 7:30 and left around 9:30 because of the dinner wait. I didn’t see no more than 6-8 tables of people with small parties when we were there. I also didn’t see but 1 waitress and 1 busboy and 1 lady cleaning but there were 2 lady’s at the post station and still had a line twice while I was there

We waited at the hostest stand to be seated for 6 minutes. Got to the table to which she had to get a rag to clean it. Took server, Pamela, 5 minutes to come to table for drink order…. we gave her our complete order. After another 5 minutes, she brought our WATER… said she forgot to bring them. When I asked for a straw, she was shocked and then mentioned how she had not given us our utensils. Finally, I got the straws and utensils. Mind you…she only had us and another table! I got a friend chicken salad, and I was blessed with 1 boiled egg!! Hubby got the meatloaf, and he got the smallest portion, ever! The biscuits were not cooked completely….gummy!

I’ll start by saying that I have always enjoyed everything about Cracker Barrel, however this visit was a nightmare. We were told it would be a 20 min wait which at 30 minutes my 84 year old Mother was with me on this visit had ask the hostess how many was ahead of us the lady walked off and when she came back my Mom ask again and the response was I’ve already told you 4 very rudely . I should have left then. We were seated around 15 – 20 minutes later. Biscuits were not brought out until about 15 min after we ordered and food arrived another 15 minutes or more. My food was cold and I had to sent back to reheat. The vegetables were undercooked and the shrimp , chicken tenders and tips were over cooked. I was never ask if I needed a refill on my tea or my Mother. We were in there fore a total of 2hours to 2 1/2 hours in total and we brought our food home. While paying for our food I wasn’t even asked or my to go plates put in a bag. When paying over 50$ for food I thought they could of at least offered. I am very disappointed and upset that a restaurant that we love so much gave us such poor service and food . The picture below shows what we brought home . 1. Because it was unsatisfactory and another was because of the atmosphere in this place.

My host Keyana was very attentive, well mannered and ensured we was satisfied from the time we sat down to the end. We had a party of 11 and she serviced each of us with pride! Thank you for such a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel if I can give you 10 stars you most definitely deserved it

We stopped just to stretch our legs and for photo opportunity. My son and I did a small bit of shopping. Their selection of bottles of hard to find soda is cool. Sarsaparilla soda is often one of those in stock. A treat for those who enjoyed it years ago.

Great food like always… the meatloaf is great and the country fried steak is cooked perfectly as well. I always enjoy the buttermilk pancakes and the fried okra with coffee… if you are near a Cracker Barrel then without a shout of doubt do eat it there without any hesitation and have a good time

Part of a country-style store, the restaurant is decorated with articles of days gone by, including photos of people that make you want to ask who they are.

I grew up going to Cracker Barrel regularly with my family. Oh how it has fallen in quality. I ordered the hamburger steak dinner with veggie soup, Mac n cheese, green beans, fried okra and corn. It was disgusting! I did not enjoy a single bite and I am very easy to please. How to you make green beans and corn taste like mop water?? Also, the service was lacking. Three girls took their time finishing their conversation before acknowledging me for a seat and 10 minutes later I finally got a water. The server did not even come ask if I liked my food but did offer more water. I will not be back. When I checked out to pay, the girl would not say hello back to me or even make eye contact. Rude! Waste of $23 after tipping for just trying to treat myself to a good meal. I will never be back.

This cracker barrel is very good, at least on a Friday evening, when we ate there. Service was excellent. Food quantities were bigger than other locations we have eaten at. Our server was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. Will definitely eat at this one again if we ever pass by in the future.

Worst of the worst! Horrible service today. Ordered our breakfast. Was brought no plates (for biscuits and gravy), no napkins, and a half a bowl of gravy for two orders. No drink refills. Waitress had an attitude and stayed on her phone at entrance to kitchen area. Don’t waste time stopping to eat at this location!
