The food was consistent with what you expect from a Cracker Barrel and the coffee was served hot.

I wouldn’t recommend eating here and skipping this entirely. My fiancé and I ate here while on vacation, and we have to stay this was the worst Cracker Barrel we ever went too for food. What was supposed to be tender meat, was rubbery. My meal didn’t taste good at all. Not to mention, the service was not great. The hostess couldn’t even smile, and was unfriendly. Our waitress was friendly, but didn’t even ask us if we wanted dessert or needed anything else after she gave us our meal. She just put the bill on the table and that was it. The food took a ridiculously long time to come out, for a chain restaurant. It wasn’t even hot, it was warm like it was sitting out for a while. Terrible!

Once again Cracker Barrel did great job on our meals. I had meatloaf with hashbrown casserole and fried apples. The meatloaf was great…very tasty and a large amount. Hashbrown casserole was also great with just the right amount of onion. Fried apples were ate as dessert with a half of biscuit. If you have never tried your fried apples with your biscuit its time you did. Wife got the fried steak and was pleased and it looked really good. Overll a great place and the waitress qas on top of her job. Service was fast and attentive. Sorry disnt think to take pictures till was half finished.

Haven’t been in 4 years. Food was great. My server was great. Cashier was horrible. She had to scratch off the PIN cover on the gift card to only tell me that I only had $7.40 on the card when my activation receipt showed $25. Wouldn’t let me talk to a manager when I asked for one. Got told by the cashier that there was nothing they could do.

Cracker Barrel is a place I go when I’m missing home. The country vibe takes me back to where I came from. The food is comfort food, I had the French toast this time and it was good. Our waitress split up the food exactly how we needed on separate plates and that was great. She was very helpful for sure.

Eli our server was great. He kept us informed while we waited over 40 minutes for our food.. The restaurant was not that busy. The food was poor. Eggs, French toast, Hash browns were undercooked. The cheesecake pancakes filling tasted more like vanilla pudding.

I’m not sure what the hype is about this place. It was pretty bad. The food not that good and had small portions of everything. Their dishwasher wasn’t working so that’s why we had things on paper plates but that’s not an excuse for sub par food. The atmosphere was that of your standard cracker barrel with a Karen standing at the front of the kitchen door wanting to complain about her food and hold people up and the constant background noise of children screaming. Maybe this place could be good for brunch if it were the only resteraunt in town but in Wilmington there’s atleast 40 to 50 other resteraunts that have way better food, service, and atmosphere. Sadly I won’t be back.

They were way too busy and the service was just bad. The waitress wanted me to be smiling but I didn’t smile at her or respond when she apologized. I just wanted to leave after being there 90 minutes. I guess she was trying but I’m from up north and I have little patience for ineptitude disguised with “sweeties” and “darlings”. She even said “well I can see your mad but it’s not my fault”, honestly though she didn’t even bring us water for 20 min after we ordered it. Sucks being a working person, I get it but, something was clearly wrong. Worst Cracker Barrel experience ever.
