We really wanted some pancakes, so we decided to pop in on a Sunday around 12 pm. I went online and did the “join waitlist,” which stated there was a 5-minute wait. We live super close by, so it gave us enough time to get ready and head that way. As soon as we got there, there was no wait, and we sat right down. Waitress was super nice and gave recommendations. Ended up getting the pancake platter with eggs, sausage, and grits. My son got the Benny eggs, which were eggs Benedict, but unfortunately, he was not a fan at all. Waitress was super nice and let us swap that for something else and, of course, took it off the check. Other than that, the food was super delicious, and the pancakes definitely hit the spot. This restaurant is always cool to visit. Especially the gift shop. There are plenty of items and souvenirs to look at. Our favorite part is the assortment of candy they offer. A lot of older candies are super nostalgic. Always recommend this location. It’s definitely the spot for pancakes.

I visited my local Cracker Barrel today and as usual everything was great. Jonathan the young man who helped me today was fantastic. He was spot on with anything he could do to help me have a great experience today.

My father loved this restaurant, every time he would visit from up north, he would want to eat at the Cracker Barrel. When my oldest son, Charles, asked to have his birthday dinner here, I was glad to share this classic restaurant with my son. He even picked a squirrel statue from the country store as his birthday gift, with salt & pepper acorns.

Americana at it’s average finest. Large crowds pile into a Cracker Barrel for Old timely American Classics like Roast Beef, Fried Chicken, Meatloaf, Country Ham and Turkey. The sides are better than the entrees and the Chicken Dumplings and Hash Brown Casserole are the best ones. The biscuits are baked fresh. It’s always packed so expect to wait if you’re there for the post-church rush.

The food has gone so far downhill. So disappointing. The hash brown casserole tasted like it was made a couple of days ago. Don’t even know what to say about the biscuits. Hardest, toughest biscuit I’ve ever eaten. Not sure how far in advance they were made.

pancakes were burnt and eggs were mostly cooked before they got scrambled. look there are other countries that have it worse, i get it. maybe the cook was having issues. but cracker barrel has issues with food very often. i regret this visit but Applebees was awesome. i recommend Applebees over this place.

Unfortunately we came on Saturday at 10:00 AM. Our waitress tried but she was so overwhelmed, barely came by the table to ask if we needed anything. We waited 40 minutes for our foot to come out. Looks like they are very understaffed.

Visited at 12:30 p.m on 8/26/23. Took a little while for our server to get our order but finally she did. Brought our coffee and hot water for tea, which had lemons already in the hot water. Who does that?? Later asked for another cup of just hot water, she again brought hot water with lemons floating in it. Never did refill the coffee. Food never showed up so we walked out. On the way out, she was walking back in, apparently taking a very long break, too preoccupied with her male friend to even see us leaving. We won’t be back and I don’t recommend going there.

If you physically go there to eat it’s great, service is great food is good BUT if you order delivery be careful. I am always missing at least 1 item. They aren’t very thorough when sending items out.
