My wife and I were out on the bike all day and were looking for some place for Dinner so we see this big Crab on the building. So we decided to give this place a try and I’m sure glad we did! Great Atmosphere, Fantastic Food and Excellent Service! Loved it and will definitely be back!

The food was decent for a chain. My only critique is they really shouldn’t serve soggy fries. I didnt send them back because I dont like to complain and they were busy. They had an amazing flavor though. My server was attentive and even the manager came by. Overall it was still a good experience and it was cool to finally try alligator.

Recently, I visited this restaurant enticed by their all-you-can-eat crab deal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. Firstly, their policies were unclear, and the all-you-can-eat crab deal turned out to be a joke. The service was lacking, as the server only visited our table three times over a span of 2.5 hours. To make matters worse, when we finally received our refill order of crab, it came out ice cold, which was quite disappointing. The loud music made it difficult to enjoy our meal, and it was frustrating that it took almost an hour to get our food, including the kids’ meals. Overall, the lack of service and satisfaction greatly impacted my dining experience at this restaurant.

We went here with 5 adults and 1 baby. We told the hostess this. She sits us at a booth that was too small. Our waitress comes over she asked us if there was 4 of us we said no, she said it would be a tight fit and offered to move us to another table. We moved tables. We put in for calamari as we waited for others. It came out in a timely manner. Once everyone arrived we ordered. I ordered shrimp and scallops with rice, it also stated coconut sauce. I asked if I could have it with out the coconut. Took everyone’s order then had come back and had asked me if I just wanted it without coconut or without the entire curry sauce. I opted for just with out coconut. Our meals come out. What I received is not what I thought I was getting, the description of my dinner was not what i got. I would of never wanted the sauce, vegetables weren’t even in the description, there was only 3 scallops in my meal.

The brunch was the worst one I’ve had in Morgantown. Asked for over-easy eggs and they were over-hard. The coffee was consistently barely lukewarm even upon asking for a refill. The “crème brûlée French toast” was plain, tasteless, barely warm French toast. Just save your money and time and go to ihop, it’s significantly better.

It was the worst experience we ever had. When we came in there was already a fly keep coming on our table and we’ve been trying to make it go away the whole time we were there in the restaurant. We told the waitress that there was a fly and she didn’t do anything about it. We were expecting she would transfer us to another table. We called and manager and told him about it but didn’t do anything but check the windows. We couldn’t eat well because that fly kept landing on our food. It was disgusting. Plus, the food was extremely burnt. My kids love fries and that was the first time they didn’t eat fries. We couldn’t wait to get out of that place. And we had to pay $81 for all the food that wasn’t even good at least. Will never dine-in in this restaurant again.

I took my father here for his birthday, and I let them know that he was a Vietnam Vet. They treated him like a king! The staff and food were AMAZING! The manager and staff went out of they’re way to make sure his day was SUPER SPECIAL! Thank y’all again for making it a great day!
