Hit the joint up to get some seafood and see if it’s hitting or not. Customer service was cool and friendly as I looked over the menu. Decent amount of seating with a bar inside too. I ordered the King Crab bag with corn and sausages with their fiery seasoning. Not gonna hold you the bag was not as big as I was expecting. Finally opened it up hoping I was wrong but nah not enough food in the bag wasn’t bagging for the price thou. Had one corn on the cob n two sausages plus the king crab…the fiery seasoning is bussin thou…really it’s low-key fire 9.0. The king crab I mean I could be wrong but wasn’t that big either 7.5. I did like that it came cracked half open which made it easier to eat. Overall, the place got potential hoping in time they’ll be an neighborhood stable. 7.9

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’m a local resident and couldn’t be happier to have Crab Bagz in the neighborhood. Everything I’ve ever tried has been DELICIOUS! The owners are super sweet and the DJ was amazing. Crab Bagz is a vibe. It’s like being at your family’s big boil with great food, music and energy! 10 out of 10.

My husband and I stopped in on Saturday, to patronize this new black-owned restaurant in our community. The food was very good! We ordered the sampler box (catfish bites, fried mushrooms, potato wedges and shrimp), which was very fresh and well seasoned. It was more than enough for 2 people. We also ordered the fried green tomatoes which are a hit! They were battered and seasoned to perfection. We also enjoyed the salmon bites with a side of broccoli and corn. The food was very fresh (cooked to order), perfectly seasoned and tasty.

The food was absolutely delicious. There was plenty shrimp, corn, potatoes and broccoli in the bag. The owners are super nice and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Do not hesitate to patronize this establishment, you will not be disappointed.

The flavor from the sauce, the salmon bites and chicken was very good. I am however very disappointed in the seafood bag size. You only get four little shrimp, and two small snow crabs. To get the same amount of food from other crab places you would spend so much more money here.I see so many comments about how much food people have gotten and honestly, they either spent way more money or this is family and friends of the owners hyping it up because this is definitely not true. The people was very nice but customer service was lacking. We should not have to ask for something to drink this should be part of the service. It’s standard to check on your guess to see if they are enjoying their meal or if they need something to drink. Additionally, the music was not adjusted for the customers. There were older customers but rap music playing (I like rap by the way). Create the atmosphere based on the customers not what the workers want to hear. There is a certain etiquette to business unless, they just want certain age groups in their establishment . I hope this get better as I support my people and want to see them win.

With this being a new business I knew they would have some kinks. But overall the salmon bites and chicken pasta is amazing. The shrimp bag was good also, the sauce just could use a little more seasoning. I will be back to support again.

This was my first visit to Crab bagz but it won’t be my last. The atmosphere and customer service was excellent. The food was very good and flavorful. I had the shrimp bag and fried green tomatoes. There is a bar for wine or beer as well. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

I can say this place has the best seafood bag I’ve ever had. The portion is plenty but it’s the flavor that makes it stand out. Get the chipotle and garlic butter, you will be so pleased. We went twice in one week but the second time we tried the salmon bites (which are gluten free) and they were lightly breaded and so delicious. My partner got the BBQ wings, which were good also. We both got the shrimp and grits which was a large portion for the price point. It’s a delicious dish, more like a creole version with tender veggies in a red like sauce, no cheese vs the customary cheese grits with rich cream sauce. When we return we will definitely start with a salad, salmon bites and split a bag with all the seafood goodies! They offer beer and a variety of wine. I did like that you pay at register then you can dine in or take to go. The decor is really cute, reminds you of the SpongeBob restaurant with undersea feel. The wood work at the bar is mighty impressive and detailed. Friendly staff that clears your table when you are done, that’s a big perk for me. Who wants to look at empty plates on the table while still eating. Limited parking on the sides of the bldg but didn’t have to wait for a park.

What up Crab Bagz??? This ya boy Nic that got slapped in ya place off the 312 and the Belaire. I apologize for my behavior and really appreciate the great hospitality you guys showed me and the fellas. The vibe you guys have going on Homewood really needed that lift up!! Y’all DJ nice, something about the energy in your place had got a hold to me .. The food was very delicious guys.. Fresh, made to order! Who thought of that?? Paris you are the best, we love you and will be back!!!! Next time I promise not to waste my drink. Oh yeah, tell that cook them salmon bites rock. That pasta bowl with the Lobster and Shrimp is a winner.. I love that Spicy Garlic Sauce.

Came out with a few friends and had a ball. You get what you pay for, that’s for sure!!! Being cheap, you must stay home, ahahahahahahah…. This spot is not the spot for you. Caribbean Rice with the Fried Lobster off the chain. I had to get 2 Lobsters! Salmon bites the house way is a must try, you will not be disappointed.
