What a fantastic night! Beautiful atmosphere, friendly and helpful service, and delicious food. Their sushi chef is a true artisan; the rolls are creative and delicious. The kimchi and bibim bap are just spicy enough to give a kick without burning your whole mouth. The staff were kind and helpful. Fantastic experience, will gladly eat there again.

Amazing!!! I love this place! High ceilings, fabulous food, delicious wine and wonderful staff! This place is an A++. We got the volcano sushi, it came out on a bed of fire (stunning presentation), they had FRESH wasabi (never had fresh wasabi and I’m ADDICTED), kimchi pancake was delicious, not too spicy, and the wines from France was a surprise touch of elegance. Ladies were all really nice! Sushi man was top notch, friendly too!

Miso and bi bim bap a bit bland.

The food here is exceptional and authentic. The menu is diverse, and it has a cozy vibe inside. To be clear, this is not a korean bbq restaurant. It is a korean restaurant. We got the kimchi pancake, kimchi jiggae, kalbi, and bulgogi. Everything was great, although for 18$ i would skip the kimchi pancake in the future. What holds this restaurant back is the service and consistency. If they get better organization they will do much better. Certainly a great addition to Newburyport

Amazing food!! We loved everything! The coconut shrimp was incredible! Fabulous new restaurant in Newburyport center. My husband ordered the Kalbi (beef dish) and he said it was the best he has ever had! We also ordered kimchi rice – delicious, dumplings (Mandu) also really good! They also give you small Korean side dishes complimentary (cucumbers, kimchi, vegetables, and some other yummy treats) to start. So good!!!!

The food was very good. I got the chicken bulgogi and a scallion pancake. The chicken bulgogi was seasoned delicious and had the right amount of vegetables. The scallion pancake is actually huge, it’s more eggy than your traditional pancake. The only thing I’ll say is that it’s pricey lunch for me was over $50 and it was just me. I’ll still go back the pricing didn’t bother me, but I think it could bother some.

For apps Here we have a hot ginseng tea with sesame noodle & spicy cucumber salad. Followed up with a Man Du soup (dumpling soup) & scallion pancakes.

We were excited to try Kozi Kimchi. My wife is Korean so we have some experience with great, good and terrible Korean cuisine. We ordered takeout kimchi fried rice with chicken, beef bulging I and Kimchi Jigae. Everything was REALLY good. However the dine in experience was terrible. They are not service oriented and it may end up doing the place in if they don’t figure out how to service customers. I repeat don’t dine in you will be disappointed. The ingredients were fresh and the menu offers an wide variety of authentic well prepared Korean dishes. Sue’s Kitchen in Stratham NH is also another great option.

To start off the place was very clean. The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the traditional Korean food is yummy. I tried kimchi and fried rice with chicken. I will recommend to go before 6pm for dinner because their food takes longer to cook.

Average sushi place. Food tasted ok. Staff was pleasant. Fairly overpriced.
