I go to Cozy Coffee all the time and love it! But this morning I went and got my coffee and got a ice coffee (why would I want a ice coffee when I didn’t ask for a ice coffee and it was raining and cold outside) and they vibe this morning there was super negative!!! The blond hair women wasn’t nice cheerful or smiling or chatty like a Barista should be. I could feel a negative vibe between the two barista’s. Sell your coffee by your actions, make us want to come back and see you!

I mean coffee itself is pretty good, but the employees have been really rude lately. Went a couple days ago and you’d think I was ruining their whole day and inconvenienced them by being there and getting my one drink… I try and get that people have long/bad days but this has been every time I’ve gone for the past month. Really makes me not want to come here anymore.

Super disappointed in cozy heyburn today. I repeated my order 3 times because I felt like the girl wasn’t understanding me but she kept saying “ya” then she charged me like triple what my order should have been and I asked once more that she had my order right. Again all I got was “ya” so she starts handing me drinks that I didn’t order but apparently paid for and when I told her that wasn’t correct all she said was “oh” gave me a blank stare and walked away from the window. I sat there for 15 seconds thinking she would come back but never did so I left because someone was behind me…… super, super disappointed.

I didn’t expect much when we stopped here for coffee. Thought this was another roadside espresso cafe. Also a drive through. First, their menu of coffee and combinations are exhaustive. We ordered a flat white in a 8 oz cup and extra hot. Definitely one of the best. The service was also super friendly. If you drive through here and you like coffee, definitely stop here.
