Stopped in for dinner on. Saturday evening! They were pretty busy and had a couple of groups in the back. We were seated right away. Server came over relatively quick, but was completely uninterested in serving us, in fact he spent most of the time he was taking our order looking behind him. Asked to start with the chili con carne, it was good, but came with our dinners and NOT as an appetizer, of course by then we had been sitting so long (they were pretty busy) we were in need of beverage refills so we didn’t even get a chance to say we had wanted the chili con carne appetizer, it IS listed under appetizers and we specifically asked to “start with”. Needless to say, it was good, but we weren’t able to enjoy it cuz it came with our entrees which was too much to eat all at one. I had ordered the Fiesta Chimichanga. It was a deep fried chimichanga with chicken, steak and shrimp in it covered with cheese sauce. It was good, definitely hot and fresh, was a bit disappointed there were only 2 shrimps in the entire thing, but still had great flavor!

Please don’t take this offensive. I am a picky eater. I ordered from the al carte. Because I couldn’t decide on what to get. I didn’t like the cheese on my tostada. It had some kind of cream cheese on it. I don’t like cream cheese. My fiance liked it a lot. I didn’t like the sauce on the enchiladas. I did like my taco. My fiance loved his meal. Next time I go there I’ll get fajitas. Because that can’t go wrong with. It was me not the food. I am a picky eater. The staff were attentive and friendly. I loved that and I like the decor as well. Oh and the pop cups were huge! That was cool!

The parents wanted to stop in here when they were visiting. Not much to say except that it’s very exceptional Mexican food, and the tortillas are always fresh. There’s more than one salsa option, and they’re not as watery as the salsas at similar establishments. Great energy from our waiter and pleasant atmosphere.

Got the fajitas Hawaiianas, lunch special number four. So much flavor and large portions. Always end up taking food home. Beautiful atmosphere with bright colors. We went to the location in Janesville one time and it doesn’t hold a candle to Whitewater location.

I went to this place 2 different times during my stay in Whitewater. I got the chicken enchilada, very tasty and meaty! The other time I got the fiesta fajita. That was made perfectly! Well seasoned and all the sides went so well with it as well! I’ll come here again.

Best Mexican food around hands down. Such a special place. The staff are amazing and the food is delicious. Generous portions and chips n Salsa at the table. Make sure to get a margarita too. We keep coming back.
