We walked in and were seated quickly. It had to be 85 degrees inside the building, but we were ok with it given its been in the 100 degrees outside and its a pizza joint. After seeing the waitress who seated us take orders for all tables around us, and all tables getting their drinks i walked up to her and asked where our waiter was. We waited 15more minutes for our waiter to come and take our order (we went ahead and ordered drinks and food not knowing when he would be back). We Waited another 20min and I got up and complained again. The waiter then came to the table to tell us he lost our order and needed to retake our order. We told them no thanks and left. So disappointed . We waited nearly 40 minutes with to little kids only to have to leave and go somewhere else.

We had terrible service twice since new management. We give up….. we waited 2 hours (no joke) for 2 pizzas. Waited 20 minutes for 2 additional beers. We finally got up, tracked our waiter down, told him to cancel our dinner, and walked out. Will not return again. It’s a shame, we used to love this place. The bartender was apologetic and tried to resolve the issue but at this point, it was too late. We watched 3 tables that arrived after us receive their pizzas before us. Also, the couple next to us received the wrong order after waiting some time, they sent the food back and requested it be removed from their ticket. They asked for their bill but never received it. They finally just left some cash on the table and walked out. They never received their bill.

My two daughters and I went on a Friday evening. They were busy but not super busy. There was several servers. We got seated at 6:10 put in our drink orders and got them. Then we waited for our server to come back for our order which took about 10-15 minutes. We ordered pretzel bites and a 16 pizza. We waited around 30 minutes for our pretzel bites and finally my daughter ask our server to check on them. He brought them out about 10 minutes later. We waited another 20-30 minutes if not longer for our pizza. And our server told us the kitchen was backed up. After waiting another 10-20 minutes we got up and left. I’ve worked making pizza and i know it does not take an hour and a half to an hour and 45 minutes to make a pizza. Was very disappointed in this place. Our server never came and refilled our drinks once

First time here since the new owners took over. The service was terrible. Our server was completely inattentive. We went tonight (Tuesday) for half priced pizza night only to learn you had to purchase a large at regular price then another large to get the deal. It was very disappointing. Judging by the Facebook page, the owners want to turn it into a music venue. I’m sorry, the place is too small and I don’t want to deal with loud music when I’m trying to have dinner. I hope they don’t lose sight of what’s made Coz’s so great over the years.

Ordered the special pizza and asked for it “extra crispy”. Turned out great – good amount of tasty toppings and perfectly cooked crust. Our server Rachel was excellent- got our order in quickly and kept the drinks refilled. Dan the cook came out and checked on our orders – let him know everything was great. Definitely coming back and trying more from the menu.

I love the service my family had when we celebrated my son’s 40th birthday. We had the upstairs reserved and the waitresses did an awesome job. I recommend this place of business to everyone. Good pizza and wings…bit of a delay in the kitchen but nothing crazy. Beer is pretty cold out of the draft but could be a bit colder. Service was pretty good and they were very friendly.

Have tried pizza twice since the ownership changed, pizza both times was horrible. Crust was like cardboard. Our waitress was very nice. Use to come here often but we won’t be back!
