I’ve been here 3 times and try something different every time. Never disappointed. It has been closed for a while. But now it’s open. Food and service was very good. I have enjoyed another Coyote Flaco in Hudson also. Great Family business. There are other locations too !

This family owned restaurant gives the ambience of walking into a quaint intimate restaurant that could be located in any small town in Mexico. The food is all made fresh and flavorful. You feel the love. The cocktails were delicious. You get your money’s worth.

I’m really confused! I thought I was going into a small place with authentic food. NOPE the food is overly sweet with no spice or seasoning at all! The place is freezing and uncomfortable. I am the only person here and they completely abandoned me basically. The bathroom is rough at best. Everything taste stale and off. And the manager has been screaming on the phone (which is on speaker) the entire time I’ve been here. I’m just sort of waiting for him to be done on the phone so I can leave. Don’t come here there’s MUCH better food out there

We had been coming here for a number of years. It has always been good in the past, but about 9 months or so ago the quality went downhill. Then about a month and a half ago we decided to try it again and to our surprise it was fantastic! We’ve been back 2 more times since and it was excellent each time. It seems they have turned things around! We’re looking forward to going back again soon.

What a wonderful dining experience I had this evening at this lovely family owned and operated business. Though it’s a short drive from me, I hadn’t visited since I moved to this vicinity a few years ago, since Mexican cuisine is not a favorite of mine. But the chef prepared the dishes I ordered exactly as I prefer them (with less ingredients than most diners usually like), and the service couldn’t have been friendlier and more efficient. Most importantly, the food was quite delicious. And I love the comfort and convenience of their outside dining area (which features a serene view). I’m grateful I took my visiting friend’s suggestion to dine here. I will now be a frequent and loyal customer.

Poughkeepsie location at 1230pm on a Thursday and no one is here. No one answers the phone. No signage on the door and the lather larger sign out front has been taken down. Was really looking forward to trying it!
