It’s only a BP gas station called Layton Petro Mart. There is no Cousin’s Subs at that location. There hasn’t been one there in over 3 years.

I am very ticked off. I stopped in here to get my husband, daughter and I a sub. We live in Illinois and there are no cousins subs so on our way out we stopped. We get our subs and sit down and open them up to find all bread. I have pictures. The bread was completely flattened and literally 3 peices of the thinnest meat ever! If I wanted just bread I would have ordered bread. There wasn’t even a handful of lettuce on the subs and 3 peices of onions on each sub. I am planning in calling the manager tomorrow as I wasn’t even given a receipt and when asked for a refund was told no they can’t do that without a manager. Obviously by reading the reviews which I should have done before I stopped this place is not very good to order from.

This place sucks. My sub when I got home was not what I ordered besides the bread was hard and it was very dry. When I called the man said there was nothing he could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager he said there wasn’t a manager there tonight. To say the least he was not very pleasant and his name is Alex.

Simple order. Chicken and cheese on wheat bread. That’s it. Instead, they added bacon, lettuce, onion and tomato. What a joke. They also screwed up my coworkers order. I won’t be ordering from them again.
