Paid for bacon and double meat and cheese. Received neither. Soup bowl is 3/5 filled as well. Didn’t put cheese on my kids sandwich that I added.. either someone can’t read in this store, or the manager accepts this behavior. Never again.

I understand businesses are busy & Im not the only person ordering food but there’s a reason to order ahead of time to just b able to walk in & pick it up. Even more of an inconvenience if I was in a time crunch. This is now the second time I’ve placed online & my food has not been ready. I even come late for that particular reason to give them more time. The other customers that were already in here got their food before mine. Ridiculous.

Waited 30 mins for my order to be ready… and previous people who were BEHIND ME! Not one; not two but four people who had bigger orders got their food before me… I ordered two sandwiches and fries and curds… and also before I ordered I got attitude and given the order the lady rolled her eyes at me. I tried to be calm and be nice because I understand but when you roll your eyes at me that’s disrespectful! I hope they get their attitudes in check while dealing with customers.

Very disappointed. Ordered a heated club with grilled onions and no tomatoes. My husband had a meatball marinara sandwich. Both orders were horribly wrong. They gave us two clubs. We did not notice until we made it home couldn’t find the receipt. What a waste not to mention my bread was ripped and looked crumbled up. It’s just frustrating when you spend so much money and your whole order is not what you wanted. The cashier was rude and seemed liked she did not want to be there. The cook obviously doesn’t do well with instructions & reading the reviews for this place doesn’t seems like management cares because things should have gotten better.
