Cousins is my favorite sub shop and one of my top fast food choices. This location is often a bit busier and a bit slower than I would like, (seemingly because many orders are placed online, and there is often confusion about the orders). Any problems have been handled wonderfully and the staff is usually very kind! I have increasingly more problems are the store becomes busier, but keep coming back for the cheese curds

Ordered subs on the app. It said subs ready. When I went in I found out they hadn’t even started them. But they told me hot subs get done last. Had to wait another 35mins on top of the original 15mins. Very poor customer service.
