On April 23, my fiancé went to pick me up a turkey sandwich and a root beer. He placed his order in the drive thru at 8:28pm. It took quite some time before he even reached the window to pay. When he did they gave him the root beer and asked him to pull arond to the front and they would bring it out. He waited over 30 minutes before someone came out to apologize and tell them they forgot about him. They said they would make the sandwich and credit his payment back to his card. During that wait, he did attempt to go inside, but the doors were locked. This is probably what prompted someone to come out at some point because he said after that the employees were all inside staring at him. The building has all glass windows, so it wasn’t like they couldn’t see him out there the entire time. He waited 5 minutes then 10…he went inside as another employee was leaving to see what on earth was going on. When he walked in, one employee told him they were closed. This was now at approximately 9:15pm. My fiancé told him he already ordered. It was then that the same employee apologized and said she forgot about him again!!! They made the sandwich and wrapped it with what looked like their eyes closed. After this whole ordeal the ice had melted in the soda. Meanwhile the other food he picked up before causing for my 3 year old daughter was cold and she didn’t eat until after 9:30pm. To top it off, my fiancés card was never credited. We’ve attempted to contact Cousins on their website is at the contact us tab 3 times with no response. I’ve also emailed a previous customer service rep who has emailed me in the past on an incorrect order and also no response. WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!!

Was so excited when I got transferred and found out cousins was only 4 blocks away. Ordered online both times for pick up. First order rook 20 minutes longer than they said and they put wrong toppings on both subs. Second time, same thing, wrong toppings and almost gave my order to a drive thru pick up. Cheese curds over cooked and greasy. Too bad. I’ll only go to the one on 51st and Howard going forward. Great staff and get orders correct

My food came late and they had prepared my Philly sandwich worng I have informed the cashier his mistake and they tried to correct it only to send me back a Philly with raw meat. I was told by the cashier that that is how their Philly were made even though it clearly looks diffrent from the picture. Please train your cooks . I would hate to do a review video on your resturants

This cousins used to be in the strip mall section down the street. Since they have moved the service is terrible and so are the workers. Today I was told at 5:50pm I cannot order as they are closed unless you pre-ordered already or online ordered. It states they are open till 10:00pm? There is zero people the drive thru and nobody in the parking lot except for a car. Than every time I have been here it is a minimum of 25-45min to get subs through a drive thru.I have tried this place about 5-6 times as I live nearby and love cousins normally. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Go to subway down the street instead.

PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES CORRECTLY!! $10/hr is not ok. In this market, $15/hr is minimum. I work in employment and I will tell you- you absolutely deserved all of your employees walking out on you the way they did the other day and I hope none of them come back until you learn to pay your employees and appreciate them correctly.

The Subs are Good. I miss the location that was by The Kmart a couple of blocks up. The Food at this location was Good but the prices are a little more expensive then some other locations. I paid at least $ 38.00 to 2 whole subs and a large French Fries. I could have bought 6 Subs from Gold Coast Subs for that price or 3 Footlong Subs and 2 drinks from Subway. The staff was Polite & Friendly. The wait Time was pretty quick

Now I don’t normally leave reviews because, if I have a bad experience somewhere I just leave it alone and move on, but this visit was a waste of my time and money. First and for most, I had to wait in the drive through for seven minutes to even order, the lady helping me had an attitude the whole time she was taking my order, kept interrupting me, and was very unhelpful. I order a PLAIN tuna sub with provolone, a ham and provolone (no onions or tomatoes), TWO fries, and cheese curds WITH ranch. She repeated my order back to me correctly and I figured everything was fine. I pay, pull up to the front cause they needed more time and the woman who gave me my order, was vaping and blew all her vape smoke inside my bag while walking to give it to me, which is disgusting especially with how much bacteria comes out of your mouth. I drive ALL the way home and come to find out I was given ONE fry (even though I paid for two), cheese curds with NO ranch and my PLAIN tuna sub still came with lettuce, tomatoes and onions. I tried to call them to resolve this issue and no one answered so I had to pick through the food and it still doesn’t taste good. This is unacceptable customer service and unsafe food environment especially when employees are even vaping INSIDE the facility. I don’t know what management is doing there, but, as a manager myself, I would not tolerate this.

Service is getting worse than before. I understand it gets busy, with on line orders and everything. When I was there in drive through, there was 4 cars ahead of me in line, but the lobby was empty. I waited about 10 minutes till I got to the menu to order and when I got there the lady told me it’s gonna take about 10-15 minutes before she can EVEN TAKE my order. I waited, finally ordered, got to the window. There was no cars ahead of me and I waited for another 15 minutes for my order. I only ordered a 15 inch club sub with extra mayo, small fries, and a chocolate shake. I seen they had two people working on sandwiches one lady in the drive-through window taking orders. One boy watching the other two making the sandwiches. I don’t know if he was in training,and a lady getting drinks together. When I receive my order, my fries were cold.
