Ordered a steak and cheese. It should be advertised as a bread sub since there was so little steak. Also had the same issue with a side of fries. The meal tasted fine but for the amount of food it was not worth the price

This is the second time that they’ve failed to add a bag of chips to my order. The first time I called and the manager swore her employee added them and that the delivery person must’ve taken them …. figured I’d give another chance and once again NO CHIPS!!!! It’s not so much the cost but the principal. How hard is it to fulfill a 3 item order ? You’ve lost a long time customer

Worst sub ever stale bread over mix?? Oil dripping every where..my party could not believe it was Cousins?? Ate a bite into garbage we got sick yuk I even question them look wrapped completely wierd like a toosie roll? Think I am done ..every location is different and staff not trained??

My order was fine… Cousins is not as good as it used to be…!!! My complaint is the staff… Went in to get my food… It was ready to go no problem… Manager and crew worker was rude… I’ve been cooking for over 30yrs… So I know how to deal with costumer’s… Especially when they are friendly like I was…. Yep is not a mannerism… I told him don’t be so friendly…!! Won’t be going back… I can make way better subs myself… It’s just convenient sometimes…. Teach your staff some professionalism or don’t hire people with bad people skills…!!!

Subs are great, staff is friendly…. however, they mess up my order EVERY TIME! Hope they can work on accuracy because I HATE lettuce and they leave it on every time. I will keep going there and hope for improvement.
