THE ABSOLUTE WORST ESTABLISHMENT IN THE AIRPORT!!! PLEASE SHUT THEM DOWN! WILL BE SURE TO SEND SAME COMPLAINT TO WHOEVER DECIDES WHICH EATERIES SHOULD BE AT THE AIRPORT! I GET TO THE LINE AT 3:10PM ONLY TO BE TOLD THERE’S NO TURKEY!!! THEN I REQUEST A CHEESE STEAK AND AM TOLD I CAN’T ORDER ONE RIGHT NOW BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO MAKES THEM IS ON BREAK. THERE’S ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING THE AREA WITH A LONG LINE!! HOW DO YOU RUN OUT OF TURKEY AT A SUB PLACE??? HOW DO YOU NOT HAVE ADEQUATE STAFF TO PREPARE THE FOOD ON THE MENU?? A COMPLETE JOKE!!!

A truly horrible experience that started with unpleasant, nasty workers. The numbers they give for your order only serve to frustrate, as 16 is called before 11, etc. Then there’s the food. Their “chicken” is salted cardboard and so processed that it resembles chicken in no way.

The hardest and saddest bread I have ever seen used for a sub. Opened the paper and by the second bite I was picking up the pieces since everything overflowed off the sorry excuse for bread.

I’m a big fan of cousins subs, but the airport location is a disappointment. I think the bread was 3 days old. Our plan was to get a sub for lunch on our flight, but next time I’ll pick up something on my way to the airport.

The worst Cousins experience ever. After waiting 20 minutes – Ordered Turkey sub with cheese, lettuce, Mayo, extra cucumbers, and oil. We received no toppings & no vegetables – just a surprise dry turkey – cheese before our flight. Come to find out there were other people next to us with the same issue. 8 people working at this location. (the most people I have every seen at a Cousins location and they still can’t get their act together. )

All bread. Very little turkey, they were out of tomatoes and didn’t tell me. Surcharge of 0.61 cents, total $16.75. Not worth it. Plus staff making food have attitudes.

Run!! If you’re a big fan of Cousins subs, do NOT expect the same experience at this location. My sandwich I got here was just a piece of dry bread and stale vegetables, no seasoning or dressing. employees at this location believe that regular Cousins standards do not apply to them. You are better off getting your meal somewhere else.

My wife and I purchased a Vegetarian sub “with everything: to eat on a flight. When we unwrapped the sandwich on the flight we discovered it had approximately two inches of lettuce and very little of anything else and certainly no dressing or spices. The single slice of cheese was the thinnest slice of cheese I have ever seen on a sandwich and the sandwich was the blandest sub I’ve every eaten. The bread was acceptable, but that’s the best I can say. Never again!
