My go-to lunch when I am in Waukesha. Close to the airport, the waukesha county fair grounds, and the courthouse. Super clean restaurant and very friendly. Great sandwiches. The Cousin’s Club has been my favorite for years.

Cousin’s responded asking what they can do better. Well, notice I gave 5’s for all but atmosphere. That was because there were many boxes of dry goods stored in the dining area and in at least one booth. You’re lucky I gave you a 4 for that. It’s getting so that fast food places would rather we not dine in anymore. I can understand that, but I could have gotten a meal down the street at Dennys for the same price, not counting a tip.

Food was good but boy those prices on a sub sandwich have gone right through the roof. I couldn’t believe that for 2 Philly Steak Subs and 2 medium sized drinks were priced around $30.00. What ever happened to the buy one get one free deals??

Online order took 50 minutes to be completed. 4 subs and 2 fries. Took an additional 30 minutes of waiting in store after garunteed pickup time. All other instore customers and 6 drivethru customers were completed while we waited. Hardly anything on the sandwiches and cold fries…. worst expirence at a cousins ever.

I live close to this Cousin’s but haven’t been in years. Stopped in for a half meatball and a cup of chili. The staff was very attentive, communicative, and friendly. It was moderately busy and they seemed to have things well in hand. The sub was good, maybe not quite as flavorful as I remember though the chili was very good.

22 mins for 2 subs. No line. Can’t hear the girl taking orders. The guy in the video was texting instead of handing me my long awaited food. He seems to be crying…I’d be livid if these were my employees.

I just had my first bad experience at this Cousins. (Customer service wise) My sub has been messed up a few times but hey. We’re all human. On 4/4 at 6:45 I pulled into Cousins. The lot was empty and I was the only car in the drivethru. I ordered a turkey sub with a fry and soda. I pulled up to the window and wasn’t greeted. I saw two guys standing around but they didn’t acknowledge me. I waited for 5 minutes with no greeting. I understand I ordered fries and they take time to cook but i was expecting to at least be greeted. Not ignored. I got sick of waiting so I left. I’m not giving them 1 star because like I said, this is the first problem I’ve had. I love cousins and will continue to go. I just hope this doesn’t happen again. Very disappointing

All employees were screwing around and giggling and we were sitting down for 30+ minutes and they weren’t even cooking our food because they were all on their phones and talking. This location is a joke and is extremely dirty inside. Each employee that was working the evening of 8/19/23 should be fired immediately.

This is my “go-to” place after every Chemo treatment with family..and when “i don’t wanna cook days” Staff always smile. Very kind and helpful. My favorite Ham & Cheese. I ask them to cut a Half in Half then wrap separately. A half is usually way to much for me. But I Love this fresh tasty and satisfying quarter of a sandwich along with a small Vanilla shake. Did you know the shakes are made with Gelato? They are And less fatning! And a small can fill me up quickly. That is if it’s not to thick.! It’s really a bargain meal for me. The 2nd half can be my after supper snack or a quick lunch the next day. I have it all planned out!! Thanks Cousins Sue’s for making my life a bit more tolerable!

I ordered a 7 and 1/2-in meatball sub with double meatballs in a bowl. I literally live around the corner. When I open the container and started eating the meatballs were ice cold. I couldn’t believe it. I just left there. Normally. I get really good service
