Whoever was working at 6:20PM on August 20th left my order literally lying on the floor. After I went in to pick it up, he said “Oh, sorry man”. Makes you wonder what else was on the floor and then they bagged up for people to pick up.

5:00pm on a Monday. No customers in the drive through, one couple in the dining area, no bags on the carryout rack, and four sandwich artists behind the counter. The order app told us our order would be ready in 10 minutes. It actually took them more then 20 minutes to prepare our two subs and one salad! They were “out of” one of the toppings I wanted on my sub.
