Just had the absolute worst cheese steak of my life here. Just ordered a double cheesesteak and noy at all impressed; The meat smelled and tasted like cleaning materials, and the amount of meat & cheese on it didn’t really look like a double (and if it was then the regular must be pretty pathetic). Was unsure if I should order here based on reviews I read but gambled anyways and I really should have heeded warning. Staff was nice and service was fast but the sub was terrible.

I really try to like this company but their food is just barely “okay” in my book. After this visit, I decided that I’m done and will never return. I prefer the better bread at Jimmy Johns and the quantity of meat is better at JJ also. The employees at Cousin’s always seem depressed and I just don’t want to go there anymore. I deleted their app and will not ever buy at Cousin’s again.

I have gone here twice a week for years but no longer. Ordered delivery on their website, which apparently is contracted out to doordash. Called the store when my order wasn’t delivered and was told to contact doordash. I don’t have a doordash account and ordered on Cousin’s website. Was unable to resolve it even after talking to the manger. Called doordash who then said only the store could refund me, as I originally suspected. It is not the customer’s responsibility to chase down your contracted delivery service when they placed it on your website. Take care of your customers and treat them with respect and you will keep them instead of driving them off to other restaurants.

To Ariel the worker who “helped me”.I come here often I work not too far. I do not have a debit card and most of the time I come on my lunch break. I’ve always used Apple Pay in the drive-through. There is a manager who does not except it and forces the customer to come inside instead of the drive-through when the same payment would have been processed. Very sore attitude and not forgiving to the customer.

This location used to be my favorite. I would go our of the way whether for a quick dinner or party trays. Sadly, the customer service the last several times has been very poor. (…and I rarely, if ever, write “complaints.”) The worst was a mix up with several party trays where I was left to quickly obtain food for the 50 people on their way to my home for a party! I was calm and kind, the female manager was quite unpleasant. Sadly, tonight was my last visit to this Cousin’s location.
