Lived in Wisconsin the better part of my life. Moved away. Was up in the area for an event, and decided to visit an icon of Wisconsin. I was highly disappointed with the order. Requested an Italian sub and received an Club sub. Was extremely disappointed, because I was set on this sandwich. Not often in the area, so I really was looking for to the sub. Long story short, crew there wasn’t listening and I got overcharged. Not this location for the locals!

Not only was my bacon burnt to an almost literally crisp, the service there was trash. The employees, Isaiah and Komal were very rude and very unprofessional when I asked for a refund because I was over charged. They took my receipt, yelled at me, and refused to refund me or give me the managers phone number or email. Completely disgusted, never going there again.

Today was the first time I’ve ever tried Cousins and I’m sold. My Chicken BLT was so good, way better than anything you get at Subway (yuck), and their shakes are awesome. Loved the garlic herb bread. Will definitely order from here again in the future!

Says open to 8pm on Wed 2/1/23. 6pm and the front door was locked with workers inside making sandwiches. There were customers eating inside. The workers looked at me like I was crazy for trying to open the door. Will think again before going back. This happened at 9901 77th St, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 not the store on 52nd.
