Such wonderful service! This franchise is well managed by understanding, involved owners. My family ordered a large pickup order with special notes. We got a call to confirm the specifics. This was the final straw with this place. They keep giving me the wrong sub. Third time I’ve tried because I thought it was a fluke. I would not recommend and wish I could zero star!!!! Absolutely no help with getting things fixed. Terrible, just terrible!!!!!

Recently ordered a 20 sub party pack for a bridal shower. We had a small group and wanted to keep it simple. The order was ready when promised for pick up. I like the individual wrapped too helped with the serving. The sandwiches were delicious as always. Have done smaller group orders at this location- always well made. Staff at the location friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping make my party stress free and our lunch delicious.

The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food tasted fantastic! If I had anything to complain about, it was just a minor issue that was swiftly resolved. The cashier seemed a little overwhelmed as it was quite busy, and I noticed the cashier forgot to give customers a cup for their drinks after taking orders while waiting on their food to be made. Even after my food was made and handed to me, still no cup for the drink, which I reminded her, and without any issue it was resolved promptly. Understandable being it was very busy at the time.
