Was a 2 min late to pick up my food and one of the associates that were working was going to be nice and give me fresh fries and the blonde lady turns around gets upset and says no we did our job give them the cold fries so now eating cold fries and my sandwich’s were both wrong so that’s nice. She didn’t need to be mean about it and had no problem saying loud enough to point I can hear her smfh

At 5:45 PM they no longer had meatballs available. Very disappointed. I do understand shortages are common everywhere. Overall tho, this restaurant provides great service has friendly staff and is great place to dine in or carry out.

I love Cousins, but this one stinks. It never takes less than 13-15 minutes to get your food, and it is wrong half the time (including today..put on gobs of Mayo when I wanted none) And today, I walked to the bathroom and noticed how bad the floor was behind where they are making the food. (Photo below) The employees goof around and have no sense of urgency. And I get it.. it’s tough to find people to work… but they need to figure out how to get this Cousins to the level that every other one is… which is excellent
