My finance and I went in last night at around 7. After ordering we could only sit at one a few tables as almost every table was covered in trash from previous customers. They were never cleaned up in our time there. Then there was someone who wasn’t an employee enter the kitchen and even open the refrigerator and grabbed something out. My pulled pork sandwich was delicious, and the mac and cheese was solid. My fiance’s chicken sandwich was pretty dry and bland. Not worth the cost. We had been here once before with a great experience and better food, just upsetting that we probably won’t return.

This was our first time visiting and had high hopes, but were unfortunately let down. We received our food and all of the meat was dry, but especially the sliced brisket. You can tell it had been cut and sitting out for some time and caused the meat to discolor. I asked the cashier if I could swap out the brisket for sausage since it was dry. Without saying anything, she took the tray and went into the back. I waited for a while before she came back and with the sausage without a word. It made me feel pretty uncomfortable. A simple apology and promise to fix the issue would have been enough, but it seemed like she was going out of her way to be rude for a mistake the restaurant made. At the end of our meal, we cleaned up and thanked her. I kid you not she looked at us, didn’t say a word, turned around and kept working. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day, but it’s really no excuse to treat anyone that way. We’re really disappointed because the place seems like it would be fun to hang out but I don’t feel welcome. (We visited the Crowley location on 7/27/23 around 8pm. Cashier had long black hair)

When visiting Texas, my sister and my self went to Cousins BBQ, we ordered chopped brisket! And collard greens and okra. The chopped brisket was HORRIBLE!!! Looked and tasted like the scrapping off side of bottom pan. All burnt ends. Collard greens were so vinegary with sugar, uneatable, . Okra was fair. The sauce was like watered down hot sauce. $ 65.00 down the drain!!!!

Visited the Crowley location today. Was extremely impressed with the service and quality of food. We shared our meals so I was able to sample both sausages, ribs, chicken and brisket. If you don’t like this food I would be extremely surprised and if you walk away hungry you did something wrong.

Being Texan born and raised, I’m always down for some great BBQ. I was across the street headed into a gym when the that lovely smoked meat aroma hit me. I almost decided to put off the gym time because it smelled so good but no, I continued on. However as soon as I got finished and cleaned up, B-lined it. I’ve never had Cousins before so want sure what to expect. I ordered the three meat plate with ribs, brisket, and chicken. Coleslaw and collard greens for the sides. They had an incredible looking chocolate chip cookie that I got for later. The sides were delicious on their own and once I got to the proteins, my little heart was fluttering with happiness. Perfect crust, smoke ring, and tenderness on all three meats. Great BBQ!!

Great experience! Carlos was the person that took our order and was amazing. He was very friendly and checked in on us as well to make sure everything was great. The food was delicious too. Our family order the cobb salad, brisket grilled cheese, and some of the meats off the menus. Everything was delicious and kiddo approved too.

The food is good and prices a little high. Got lean brisket today there and it was half fat, they did the right thing and gave me a full portion of brisket with not much fat. These guys are good. Added July 12, went again today and I had what is probably the BEST briskit ever at a BBQ joint. It was perfect, not a speck of fat on it. Thanks guys! Enjoyed it a whole bunch
