Viewing food as an artform, Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team at Course take you on a food exploration through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. Our focus on “multi-course” is to curate an experience for you and not just a meal. A 10-course, prix fixe, tasting menu will be offered Thursday thru Saturday and a 5-Course, prix fixe, tasting menu on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Nicholas Padua leads our beverage program which will offer a wine pairing, sophisticated drinks incorporating foods we use in the kitchen, as well as an extensive wine bottle list.
This is our pursuit of refinement, and we look forward to sharing it with you.

Chef Cory and his team bring an amazing multi-course fine dining experience directly to your table. Each course delivered to you with ample time to enjoy and converse in between. Your waiter guides you through what’s on each plate as it arrives. Excellent flavors are well thought out with great presentation. They were very attentive for refills and refreshes. It’s hard to put into words how incredible the entire experience was! Each dish was so creative, unique and flavorful – I can honestly say I haven’t had a better meal in my life. As someone who is gluten free, I was so happy and impressed that I was able to enjoy all 10 courses just as everyone else! The wine pairing is a must! Literally the meal dreams are made of! I must admit, at first I was a little nervous of a 10 course meal since I normally do not eat a lot but truly everything was portioned perfectly and timing of each serving was impeccable! It truly never felt overwhelming. Our Sommelier was an absolute delight as well. He helped pair the perfect wines with our meal, which really accentuated the magic of each course. At the end of the night we even had the pleasure of meeting the incredible master chef Cory! Truly a night we will never forget. Can’t wait to go again and have another magical food experience!

I was spoiled with endless coursed options of every type of cuisine at my fingertips having lived in Chicago for 15 years- with the likes of Alinea, Ever, Moto, Charlie Trotters, Elske, Topolobampo, Boka, the list could go on. Atlhough, I am forever happy with my trade off from long, miserable winters to beautiful warm weather year-round, I have been left longing with restaurants that could remotely compare to this caliber after recently moving here two years ago.

5’s on everything! Staff, ambiance, energy, even the pace of the dinner was perfect. The upscale environment did not feel uncomfortable at all. Very welcoming and happy vibes. The Husband and I most enjoyed the steak and lamb course but were pleasantly surprised with elements from every single dish served including the additional mignardise.
