Nice place to eat and gather for a cocktail. Good selection of appetizers and meals as well. Pork tips and corn nuggets to start and chicken fried steak as the main course with a loaded baked potatoe and a creamy tasty Mac and cheese. Dessert was funnel cake fries!

This place was AMAZING!!! Rustic bar and grill, kid friendly with the best “pub food” I’ve had in a long time!! The waitstaff’s was helpful and incredibly kind for how busy they were and the food… WOWZER!!! And the prices we very reasonable. Definitely will be a must stop again after a sporting event!!

We’re passing through (myself, my 4yo son and 2yo son) and stopped for lunch after finding The County Seat online. The boys loved the homemade Mac n Cheese as I really enjoyed my chicken wrap. The staff loved the boys and took us out to the back patio so they could play either sidewalk chalk and the pool tables. I loved the attention to detail and cleanliness of the restaurant. I’d love to come back for karaoke night. What a great find!

Be sure to keep this bar and grill on your list of places to go. This is a must any time you are in the area or take a jaunt to Lyons to check it out. The menu is tempting overall. Our burgers were delicious (“The Judge” and “The Juror” were our choices during this visit.) Seasoned waffle fries, yummm. (Try them with ranch!) The service was friendly, personable, and attentive. (We did not order any alcoholic beverages during this visit.) Thank you, County Seat; can’t wait to return!
