This place was recommended by my niece. Placed order over the phone for 30 piece and fries, and was told food should be ready in 15-20 minutes. Got there in 30 minutes and still had to wait another 15 minutes. Wings were very small, and I could tell the employees didn’t want to be there from the their tone and body language. These are not the wings to feed a family.

I get my food and there is an ink pen sitting on top of my wings and fries! Called the restaurant and the manager badgered me like it was my fault, and blamed me and still was being difficult and wouldn’t even replace my food. I even offered to drive up and give every bite of food back, just wanted food to eat.

My husband and I were in town and decided to stop by due to the reviews we saw and I must say the reviews were spot on! The chicken wings were small but that’s how we prefer them. They were very flavorful and delicious. I got hot/honey lemon pepper and my husband got half garlic parm and half mild. The fries were cooked to perfection and everything was finger licking good! We will definitely stop by again before we leave! We highly recommend you give them a try as well!

I spent $39 on a 50 piece to get home and my family was only able to eat about 20 on them if that. The wings were so small and overcooked. It was so hard you couldn’t even bite into them. Very disappointed in them because this use to be a good place to get wings but I will make my own from now on. This is like the 3rd time coming here and the wings being like this so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.

I called this place to put in an order today. The guy answering the phone was very rude. I asked what flavor wings you have, he said which ones you want. I told him I’m not sure of all the flavors they have. He never tired to tell me any of the flavors they had. He said “we have over 20 what do you want”! He got my order wrong had to repeat 6 times for 15 wings. After repeating the wrong order he said I can’t hear you and hang up. I called back he never answered, while being rude with an attitude I could hear his coworkers in the background finding his behavior very funny. I order for this place a lot and so does my client. But his behavior today was such a turn off and very bad for business. I don’t care how good your food is if you treat your customers nasty they will spend their money elsewhere. Today’s date is 1st July, 2023 and I called at 11:35am. That man does not want to work and not good for your business. Hire people with good customer service.

Tried this place out for the first time about 35 minutes after they opened (1035) and ordered a steak Philly. Took them over 10 minutes to come tell me they were actually out of steak, so I ordered a chicken one. 20 minutes later I get my sandwich (only one other person inside) and the price I was charged wasn’t the same as the menu price listed (I was charged about 2$ more) and I just got the sandwich which ended up being 11.33 Other than that, the sandwich itself was really good. Very cheesy and the bun was really good. It came out very hot and I ate the whole thing in my truck. I will give them another shot to try out the steak Philly and the wings. This was hopefully just a fluke. Never judge a restaurant based on the first visit.

Decided to try out this local burger and wings joint down on Macon Rd. It was an absolute pleasure speaking to the staff there, they were so sweet and had excellent customer service. I ordered the Hawaiian Burger and fries w/ a strawberry lemonade for my drink. The fries tasted so good, just like well seasoned homemade fries. The burger was one of a kind and done so well! The flavoring switched up from sweet, to spicy, to a nice hot kick! I must say that the flavors complimented each other very well! Looking forward to coming back to this place!

Ordered 15 wings twice and both times they gave me 10 wings and refused to fix it even bringing it to their attention before we left the store. The mangers literally acted like they didn’t understand what the problem was or why I was upset.
