Decent classic American restaurant, breakfast was tasty once we got to try it. Service was excellent but it would have been appreciated if they had let us know at the door it would be an hour wait before seating us. Understandable as it’s a holiday but a bit of a warning goes a long way. Bloody Mary was good and stiff. I think my 3-4 cups of coffee may have slanted my thoughts on the food. I gotta say even though there was quite the wait the servers were very friendly and kept our drinks full while being attentive and apologetic.

First time in this restaurant. Was either friends moving near to this town. Prices and variety of dishes is excellent. Has that warm, inviting feeling when you enter. Will be sure to stop there again.

My daughter and I ate here yesterday and we didn’t receive our food until an hour later. There were plenty of servers but apparently one chef!! She kept apologizing but we were hungry and had plans afterwards. The food has always been good there but my bread was stale and there was very little turkey in the sandwich. And they brought me toast when I didn’t order it. Disappointed but we will still eat there again since it’s conveniently in town.

Very sweet place. Staff are fantastic. I was really well taken care of. Gave me all the time I needed to look at the menu (I generally take a bit to decide). Food was fresh, hot, fixed the way I wanted and tasted great! I was able to take my time, relax and enjoy my meal. They have always been very attentive. Checking on my meal, coffee, and water, checking to see if I needed/wanted anything else. I have had several breakfasts there and I love going to the Country Restaurant for breakfast.
