Thought I would give this fairly new restaurant a try and I wasn’t disappointed! As I looked around this place has been completely remodeled and is beautiful it seems to be ran by a family which is awesome I always pull for the little guy! I have two suggestions right off the bat: They need to install fans by the entrance and exit doors so the flies don’t come in the restaurant dining area these high-powered electric fans prevent flies from coming in. Secondly, They should have a sign when you enter “Please seat yourself” me and my wife were waiting by the cash register for someone to come and take us to a table finally a waitress said “You can sit wherever you want” a sign would be very inexpensive and instead of people like me waiting to be seated they would go seat themselves. As far as the service and the food it was awesome! Very reasonable prices and very tasty meals reminded me of home cooked meals! They have a great senior Citizens section on the menu with very good prices and large portions! Everything is seasoned perfectly! I got New York steak and eggs with potatoes, biscuits and gravy and it was delicious! Steak was cooked perfect, eggs were delicious and the biscuits were soft I know they make them there I could tell by how fresh and soft they were, the gravy was amazing very flavorful! They have a very wide variety of different items on the menu including Mexican food in which I will try next time! They even serve menudo on the weekends! As far as service the waitress who served us was on it bringing refills asking us if we needed anything etc.. That’s how it should be done I commend her. I will return!

I understand the staff is new and unsure about what goes where. But, I got our own menu, had to ask twice for silverware, my biscuit and gravy was brought to the table after I finished the rest of my food. The cooks are not very helpful to the wait staff. Not sure if I want to come back.

Absolutely terrible slow service. Waitress was beyond unattentive. Could understand anyone’s orders. Food came cold and it took a long time to get to the table. Never go there again.

I just left here. Waited 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. There were about 20 people waiting for a seat with plenty of open tables. I did not know you had to sign your own name in when you arrive to. We left without eating. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
