absolutely delicious. lady at register was very nice as well. didn’t see the crayfish option until I ordered soo I’ll go back and give that a try next time.

Shrimp Po’Boy and gumbo was so good. Finally real French bread. I will be letting all my New Orleans friends know about this food trailer. This will be my new go to spot for Cajun creole food.
