Food was awesome! If you are looking for a little local dive that offers some great BBQ then this is the place. No indoor seating, however there is some outdoor tables. Only real negative is there are NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS which is posted everywhere.

Finally managed to pass by and the open sign is on. I purchased the pulled pork and increased my order upon watching the first scoop. Moist, good size chunks with lots of Smokey flavor and minimal fat. I didn’t order any sides but they looked fantastic. Great friendly staff who proudly explained their products and catering options. Definitely worth stopping by and spoiling yourself.

Great food. The portions were large, so we had enough food for 3 meals. The cookies and corn bread were amazing!!! I’ll definitely come back.

I really hoped for a better experience based on the online reviews but this place truly missed the mark. On a positive note, the green beans were seasoned but the meats were dry.

Not a fan. The pulled pork was tasteless and a bit dry. It was sad if I am honest. I figured perhaps the mac and cheese might save this experience with my family but the mac and cheese was virtually untouched. I didn’t taste the little sandwiches but was told they were nothing special. The cornbread and banana pudding were the best part of the meal. Yeah, I know. It was a truly wasted meal given how much I had to pony up for it.

I ordered the pulled pork plate with coleslaw and macaroni and cheese and it is out of this world delicious. The pulled pork is very tender and smoky which I love. Both sides are delicious as well. I will be coming back here instead of driving to lightfoot for bbq

I have always been a big fan. I’m glad they had to move closer to me. The sampler platter is the best deal you will find in the area. Cookies are good too.

My wife and I ate there the other day. We thoroughly enjoyed it! BBQ was very good! We were told everything they served there was made there. We also tried the Mac n cheese, very good, and Banana pudding, also very good. They served ample helpings of the sides, just wished they would have given more BBQ, for the price. The buns were also homemade, awesome. The only other thing I would point out is, they didn’t have hush puppies, fries, baked beans, or any sweet BBQ sauce. We will definitely be returning there soon. Highly recommend!
