Drive thru employee was very rude and rushing everyone. BBQ was beyond dried out and basically inedible. Got a lg banana pudding and it’s mush. All the bananas are dark brown and it was 6 bucks. Never again.

Tried for the first time and very disappointed after ordering the Wednesday special (bbq pork/1/4 chicken bbq with hush puppies and two sides. Hush puppies were cold and hard and was unable to eat them because of this. Pork was very VERY dry and flavorless. I specifically asked for extra “juice” on the side just in case this happened and they forgot to add that too, even though I heard the cashier request it specially from the kitchen. The chicken had absolutely no BBQ flavor or smoke flavor, taste like plain baked chicken. So disappointed and needless to say still hungry. Will never come to this restaurant again. The meal itself was $22 alone, so I expected at least quality food or a complete order. I wouldn’t waste your hard earned money here.

Drive through on my way back from High Point, the staff was super friendly and the service was reasonably quick. I eat low carb, however they refused to allow me to order my meal without the additional slice of bread (no idea why). The brisket was unbelievably salty. I cannot imagine that this is how it usually is, I would chalk it up to an accident in the kitchen. I tried the ribs too the sauce (yes I am sure it is not low carb) wasn’t to my liking, but well within the standard I would expect from a BBQ place.

This is the worst location you have. I miss Carter Brothers every time I try to give them another chance. I just paid $10 for a BBQ sandwich that was served on old one day from mold bread. This was the third and final chance.
