Came back from my vacation and was craving a burger and fries. If one word described this place it would be bland. The only thing that had taste was the Heinz ketchup. The fries are shoestring potatoes with no flavor, they have ya order and pay via the QR code, and have the nerve to still tip the wait staff… for what? They do the same work as a McDonald’s.

Very slow service. Had a hard time getting our waitress to come over. Usually had to waive her down or go look for what I wanted. Never refilled our glasses and it wasn’t all that busy when we stopped in. No problem for her because they automatically put an 18% tip on my bill and there was only me and a friend eating. Should have avoided this place.

I must admit, I was thoroughly surprised when I received my burger. While sipping on my double whiskey, I completed the form to order my creation of the perfect Cheeseburger at the bar. As I gazed upon the offerings and made my selections, I could just taste the deliciously juicy burger. To my surprise, the burger tasted better than I expected! The shoestring fries were great as well. The entire staff was super friendly and polite which made the experience that much better. Moreover, I tried the Havana Concrete Lager and now I have another great lager to hunt for. Truly amazing burgers! I forgot to mention, you can have your burger on Texas Toast, on a Bun or as a Salad. Truly worth the visit.

*SCAM* This place double charged me for my meal. I caught them before I received my food, told the manager to cancel the order. The manager told me I would not be charged, that was a lie. Paid double for a meal I never received. Avoid The Counter at Miami Airport!

I absolutely love this place. If you have time and ok to spend almost $30 on ab burger, that’s where you must stop. You can build your own burger or select from the menu. Delicious, fresh unique experience too bad that is pricey but a good treat specially for an airport restaurant.

45 minutes and never got our food, they said it was a system problem which didn’t work for us because we needed to board our flight. Be careful to make sure you have more than an hour to eat.

Dont go here if you are in a rush. They have a to go counter, which we thought meant they could make a quick breakfast sandwich. We waited for almost 20 minutes and finally had to leave to catch our flight. As they were refunding us, I said, “Sorry, but its been like 20 minutes.” They girl looked at the receipt and rudely said that it’s only been 18 minutes. Why not just say “Sorry” ?
