This is a great spot!!! We visited several years ago and we were in the area and had to stop! The food is great and inexpensive! Located near Greenwood state park it’s a perfect stop if you are hitting the trails! Only 5 minutes down the road. They have a large menu. Seating inside and out. If you are camping they have fire wood! Friendly staff! I enjoyed the chicken cheese steak! Stop by!!

Love, love, LOVE this place! It was my first time being there and the employees were so kind and welcoming. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak and although the bun fell apart some, the flavor and taste were great – upgraded to include fries and a drink. Fries are the good double beer battered fries…my favorite! Getting a hand dipped Hersheys ice cream for the road now! Definitely stop in and support this great small town staple.

This is a great store and restaurant with the fresh flair of “country”. The food is good and well priced , with a nice variety of sandwiches, salads, and hot meals. My grandchildren love the Hand dipped or soft serve ice cream. There is a little bit of “everything” to be found at Couch’s and as a local neighbor, I appreciate having such a great place.

The food is not bad, especially for the price. I usually order a salad with some fries (curly!) added on top… really tasty. Not the wildest ingredients, but good and generous. The sandwiches look a’ight too. And there’s always some pizza slices swinging around in a hot thing, too, and depending on how fresh you found them, they can be pretty good (or not). It’s a neat place. You can sit down at one of the checkerboard-tableclothed tables, or take to go. Real silverware is an option for eating in, which is nice, and you pick your food up at the counter, so no need to leave a tip necessarily. There’s also a standard variety of convenience-store packaged products, a decent selection of beverages and snacks. Some fun oddities like history books about the area are also around. Plus, I noticed recently there’s free wifi (no password needed) — a really nice feature for this area with poor or no reception. There’s an ATM as well. I would come here all the time if I lived closer to it, I’m sure.
